No, any published 5e art from a WotC book would be prohibited under their fan content policy.
The key is that it is your creation. It should go without saying, but Fan Content does not include the verbatim copying and reposting of Wizards’ IP (e.g., freely distributing D&D® rules content or books, creating counterfeit/proxy Magic: The Gathering® cards, etc.), regardless of whether that content is distributed for free.
Edit: Strike that, this isn't fan content, there is an art FAQ on DMG.
Anything from the DMs Guild Creator Resources is fair game. Anything else WotC published is NOT.
Art from D&D Beyond would be off limits unless it is part of the Creator Resources.
This is not D&D specific (so I don't know how useful it would be) but I use Pixabay when I need to get stuff (usually vector graphics for icons).
If you want good art, you probably would have to commission it.
Like the title says.
Is there any 5e art I can use? And if so, how do I access it?
Could I use art from dndbeyond? Like from monster stat blocks?
