I know that this idea while not the most popular, after watching Dimension 20's Unsleeping City, it gave me a few ideas of how to set up an alternate earth where the races/monsters of mythology are real, but due to reasons humans cannot recognize or see anymore. The game is going to be set in Chicago, I'm an Illinois local and it's the city I am most familiar with. I was wondering if anyone here knew of any third party publishing that could help me out, or if anyone knows of any monster stats for things like brick golems.

If your looking for story inspiration I suggest you watch Bright on Netflix, gives a really good sense of what a modern world with fantasy races living in it might look like.

Bright is human and "fantasy races" integrated and well aware of each other. Z_RedRebel is looking for a world where the fantasy exists but humans can't recognize or see it. A lot of Rick Riordan's "Percy Jackson" led universe (and its various pantheons) sort of speak to this. There's other "urban fantasy" too where you have a modern world with a hidden "magic" world thriving within it unbeknownst to the ... let's call them muggles. So yeah, you got the Potterverse, the interaction is more seen in the Fantastic Beasts movies if you're willing to see then. Sandman would be another take. The Buffyverse as well. Highlander.... Game world wise, don't know if it follows through in subsequent editions but the World of Darkness games (vampire, mage, werewolf, changeling etc) all talked about how to run a game world where supernatural forces were very much in play and shaping the world without the mortals of the world even knowing they exist, or at least most mortals. There's a lot to pick and choose from. If you plan the fantasy world to "go public" in the mortal world Bright the Role Playing Game Shadowrun gives good, maybe even arguably the best narrative of how a "return" of fantasy beings (and dragons with serious market investment positions) might look.

Just wanted to add Hellboy to the list. Hellboy 1 & 2 still stand up as movies too, if you're curious, and 2 really does the 'hidden supernatural world part really well.

I really shouldn't answer at 3 am when I can't sleep lol
It includes 3 classes (cleric, warlock, wizard) with modern, tech-based powers, and a collection of modern, tech-based spells.
As for creatures... especially since the premise is the idea of fantasy creatures surviving in a modern setting, you can largely use the stat-blocks of existing creatures, you just need to think of how they function in this new setting. For something like a Brick Golem you can just use the Stone Golem stats and you just need to describe them as being made of bricks instead of stone. You could introduce a minotaur whose day job involves wearing a felt mask so they can perform as Benny the Bull in the NBA.

Pretty sure the folks who did d20 modern for 3e are working on a Kickstarter to update it to 5e. That might be worth checking out.
There was an early UA article that had some modern elements, but it seems to have been abandoned.

I have not playtested any of these myself, but some options are:
And some more futuristic options:
I would probably wait for Everyday Heroes, as that is by the original d20 Modern creator.

If you're using Unsleeping City, they actually used this Unearthed Arcana in a few ways:
