I'm currently creating a home brew "hybrid" race that I want to allow players to select different "official" races from to modify the traits given to the player. Essentially there will be a "dominant" and a "recessive" race, which will let you select stat modifiers and traits from each. Is there any way I can make this easily done in the editor or will they just sort of need to know which races they will use and manually enter stuff accordingly?
No. The homebrew tools are very limited and can only implement effects that are in the game. If you want to have seven attunement slots for example, that is not possible since the max attunement slots allowed in the game right now is six.
I think the easiest way to implement what you are after would be to implement primary races as regular races, and implement secondary races using the feats system. If you try create every combination in the race system, it is going to take a long time.
Using the feats system also lets you implement mixed ancestry more easily. For example, if you have a character that is a multiracial high elf with wood elf, drow, and eladrin ancestry, you can have the wood elf, drow, and eladrin ancestry be represented as different feats. If you try to represent that level of mixed ancestry via the race system, that is going to take a really long time implementing all the biracial, triracial, quadracial, etc. combinations.
That is a wonderful idea! On that idea, is it possible for a race to add multiple feats at once, or is this something you'd have to build for as you level?

You can already add multiple feats directly on the character sheet itself, so I do not think it is necessary to add the feat option on the race itself.
Once the player has selected their primary race and finished creating their character, they can go to character sheet and add any feats they want.

This is neither a bug report nor a service issue. There is an entire forum for people who need help in the homebrewer.

Oh I'm sorry, this seemed like the thread that made the most sense when I picked it. I'll look a little harder next time
