I'm trying to share a subclass but it says "This homebrew Subclass has data mapped to it that is licensed content or private homebrew." 

I created the subclass from scratch & all spells are from core texts. Any ideas?

Remember that not all of the spells in the phb are core spells, only srd, Basic rules, and elemental evil players guide.

I just went through and replaced all spells with spells from basic rules and eepg. Didn't change. Any other suggestions?

Click the Orange save button.

Did that too. Still saying it has mapped content. 

Save it again wait 10-20 minutes, make sure none of the spells are of the character named variant (Tashas hideous laughter, versus hideous laughter).

Also check you don't have links in the description boxes. You can have tooltip stuff like this for frostbite spell but not links.

That would throw a different warning about “external links.”

One or more of the spells you have attached to your ‘brew, either as “Additional Specific Spells” Under basic information, or attached to one of the features as either an individual spell or as part of an additional spell list is not one of the free Contacts bells. (Or at least wasn’t.) After you add anything to, Change anything on, or remove anything from any homebrew, you MUST re-save the entire thing using the main [SAVE CHANGES] button under Basic Information or the system won’t recheck does compliance.
