I've been slowly adding spells to an expanded spell list for a subclass I'm homebrewing, but when I go to a character to see if it works, they are counting against the total number of spells known.
For example, at 3rd level a player using the subclass should learn the detect thoughts, it should always be prepared, count as a sorcerer spell, and not count against the toal number of spells they could learn. What I'm seeing is that it isn't prepared (even when I selected YES in the proper drop down box) and it counts against the total number of spells the player should be able to know,

How do I format this to fix it?
Sorcerer’s don’t “prepare” their spells so that “always prepared” box does nothing for you. You want to select “No” in the “counts as known” box.
