For Mending you have a whole bunch of superfluous fields filled out which may be interfering. All you want to use are the “Spell,” “Spell Casting Ability,” “Consumes Spell Slot,” and “Counts as Known” fields filled out, leave everything else blank, especially “Always Prepared.” For the Consumes Spell Slot and Counts as Known fields, put “No” for both.
Was wondering how to add my WIS Modifier(+4) to my Initiative +3 to make it a +7
Modifier: Bonus->Subtype: Initiative->Ability Score: Wis

After you add anything to, change anything on, or remove anything from any homebrew you MUST re-save the entire thing using the main [SAVE CHANGES] button under Basic Information or the system won’t pick up your changes. If it still isn’t working, please see the General Homebrew FAQ #s 6 & 6-B: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/dungeons-dragons-discussion/homebrew-house-rules/131411-a-homebrewers-how-to-faq).
