I doubt I can help with the CR, but I can direct you to this thread. That'll show you how to set up rollables in stat blocks. Suffice to say, they're a lot more complicated than what you've tried to do.
In general, it's a good idea to figure these things out before you publish, since once you've published you can't really edit or delete it.
