The newer official materials have generally gotten away from having anything be "once per short rest", preferring instead to have abilities that you can use multiple times per long rest, scaling with either your proficiency bonus or an ability score modifier. So, for that level 6 feature with casting Blur for free, I'd suggest making it a number of times per long rest equal to your Wisdom modifier, rather than once per short rest.
I think in general the best Druid subclasses offer an alternative use for the Wild Shape feature. I'd consider adding something like that to make this a little more distinctive. Maybe some sort of stealth ability that you can activate with a Wild Shape charge?
Fair enough. Though if you look, I'm using the legacy spells because I'm still running a legacy campaign.
I did note that most druids get shapechange features but, the land sub doesn't focus as much on shape changing. The main thing I may do is allow a different set of creatures that aren't strictly beasts, like scorpions to be in the wild shape list.
However, thank you for the constructive criticism, I'm new to home brewing dnd content and always trying to find the balance.

Just to clarify — when I say "newer official materials" I don't just mean the 2024 overhaul. The newer expanded rules books from the past few years have also generally followed the trend of not having "once per short rest" abilities and instead making them a scaled value per long rest.

Circle of the Sands
Druid
Starting at 2nd level you can add your wisdom modifier to Constitution checks and saves vs thrist and exhaustion due to heat.
While in the sand you maintain a normal travel speed. At 6th level while in sand you have advantage on stealth checks.
At 6th level cast blur once per short rest without casting cost as long as you are in direct sunlight
At 10th level can cast create food or water once per day at no casting cost.
At 14th level you gain the ability to cast conjure earth elemental once per long rest as a ritual spell that doesn't use any spell slots.
