It depends on the specific thing you're talking about:
Warlock Invocations: no
Battle Master Maneuvers: no
Channel Divinity features: yes, but D&D Beyond doesn't have any special functionality for these in general, they're just class features
Alternative Wild Shape uses: yes, but D&D Beyond doesn't have any special functionality for these in general, they're just class features
In many cases you can kind implement something akin to these things using a homebrew feat.
You can kind of get around the invocations and maneuvers thing but you have to preface the feature's description with "DO NOT SELECT AN OPTION IN THE OFFICIAL FEATURE". This can get complicated and wonky and trust the DM and the player are aware of doing it this way. I would not recommend publishing any homebrew that does this though.

Woah…🤯 Do you have a link to this process? Also, would one have to recreate all other options to have access to the full list, I’m assuming?

For invocations: Set up a regular subclass feature: (notice the red circled part)
Set up an option:
Set up the option:
My example doesn't have any actions so the above is all the set ups needed.
You could recreate all of the official options for maneuvers or invocations but that sounds like an awful lot of work and could easily miss something that the official implementation already has set up correctly. And even then you still have to put the note "Do not select an option from the feature: whatever the official feature name is" so I don't think it's worth it.
Using this set up is the round about way to do homebrew options for maneuvers or invocations with the knowledge that the player is picking the homebrew option from a homebrew feature and NOT picking an official option from an official feature. If they player ignores that homebrew caveat, they are getting a free invocation or maneuver which is why i do not recommend using this method in any published homebrew because as the author, you're leaving a lot up to unknown DMs or players not knowing the reasoning why you're doing what you're doing.

Is it possible to make new evocations, maneuvers, channel divinities, wild shape uses etc?
If so, how?
