I finally got it to stop saying it was too similar to the arcana domain (which I'd used as a template but outside of the standard wording like "you raise your holy symbol" or "starting at x level" there was nothing shared between the two).
Just in case I do decide to make it public in the future.
Re-checked everything and I still have (Which, okay, but there should be spells attached to it. I followed the template exactly.):
This Subclass cannot be shared with the community for the following reasons:
This homebrew Subclass has data mapped to it that is licensed content or private homebrew. This typically occurs when licensed or private homebrew spells are linked to the Subclass.
Remember, private homebrew is automatically shared with other users in your campaigns and does not need to be shared with the community for players to access.

So this usually happens when a domain spell is not one from the Basic Rules. Or "Basic Rules SRD". Go through your domain spells, and click into all of the domain spells to make sure they are all from the Basic Rules SRD and not from paid content like the Player's Handbook etc. or even a homebrew spell that you may have added to your collection bie creation or just simply adding it. If this does not work, I shall try to help you even further.
Anyone wanna take a peek and help me figure out where the problem is?

Do you have all the right stuff at all the right levels? Have you checked everything like the Mods and Options?

I think so. I tested it on this character:

And aside from having to fix the modifier for the flying speed everything seemed to work correctly at the proper levels.

Try saving it again. I know it sound silly, but it's a known glitch with the druid subclasses.

Let's have some fun shall we?
I typically have to go through my homebrew subclasses with a fine tooth comb to make sure none of my spells run afoul of this rule as well.
