I have doubled and tripled checked that there is zero homebrewed or anything outside of the core rules of dnd, nothing from any books outside of what what you will find in the players hand book. Yet no matter what I do I get the below error. Is Darkvision considered Licensed content?
This Race cannot be shared with the community for the following reasons:
This homebrew Race has data mapped to it that is licensed content or private homebrew. This typically occurs when licensed or private homebrew spells are linked to the Race.
Remember, private homebrew is automatically shared with other users in your campaigns and does not need to be shared with the community for players to access.
I don't think so because I was able to use Darkvision in my homebrew race earlier today. Could it be the wording or something that could have been copy and pasted?
Are you able to share a link so others might look at what is wrong? It could maybe be a photo that was uploaded for portraits or maybe a name that had been used? I'm not too sure, I'm new to this homebrewing as well but if I can help I would like to help.

Not everything from the PHB can be attached to homebrew and still be published. You must have added racial Spellcasting to your homebrew. Whatever spells you attached, one of them must be disallowed. Only the spells found in the Basic Rules (not the same as the PHB), the SRD, and the Elemental Evil Players Companion can be attached to homebrews and still be publishable. The complete list of allowed spells can be found here:

Double checked that, and nothing like that.

Anything in the PHB that did not also get published for free in one of the three sources I listed is a no go.
