For as long as the bard plays the bagpipes they are invisible. Requires both hands. Every 15 minutes it requires a Constitution save or the user gains one level of Exhaustion.
i allowed one of my players to craft a goblin bag pipe. made by sticking the reeds of a bagpipe into a goblin. that was a stupid idea then the player mentioned that since this is the first goblin bagpipe ever it would be an artifact. it was just a grim but kinda funny thing.
besides for being made out of a enchanted goblin it was just a normal bagpipe
i also made two items when i was a player the cake hole. which was a cake that when cut into became a black hole and suck up the enemies and the potion of Connoi-sewer which upon drinking you take 2d6 poison due to it just being sewer water in a bottle.
any one mind if i use some of these for a magic item i am making called the bag of magic items which just gives you 5 random items mostly just uncommon or these kinds of magic items.

a simple dm with a lot of lore and homebrew to be made and a cultist of lambalI. prefer any pronouns bwt.
another good magic item is the rod of seven parts (of other rods) which are just pieces of various magic rods that dont fit together and have little to none of their respective rods powers
This item weights 5 lbs, plus the weight of anything put inside it. It is capable of holding up to 30 pounds within 1 cubic foot and can also serve as a saddlebag.
The constant weeping and sniffling sounds that issue from the Emotional Baggage gives anyone carrying it Disadvantage on Stealth checks.
