"I am proficient with a bow if we have an extra one. I'm not sure the plan for me to ride out there is feasible at this point. I don't see how were going to stop enough of them to make a difference." Grim says
”You are right that we can’t stop them, Grim, but I am hoping we can slow them down. Of course, surviving their counterattack should be our first priority,” responds Randall.
”If we can get horses, we should be able to retreat faster than the goblins can follow, and the suggestion of firing from the fringes of town from a barricade and retreating before we are overrun is the best idea,” he says, nodding at Syvis.
As Grim goes to mount the worg it shies away with a low growl, not sure what Grim's approach meant it starts sniffing and looking around on the ground.
"Probably needs to be fed again. We don't have the time right now and my thoughts on redeeming this creature, simply vanity." Grim says, as much to himself as anyone. "Go! Hunt!" He yells at the Worg "If you can, don't join the army coming this way and if at all possible, don't face me in battle." He adds, not knowing if it understands any of what he says.

Seeing the scouting party approach, Syvis turns around and exchanges a glance with the others. There's no turning back. He thought to himself. Hiding himself behind the shadows of the barricade, he places hunter's mark on one of the archers and let his arrows fly loose.

Attack: 15 Damage: 10
After the attack he will move 15ft to another spot and shoot again (one of the riders, same if it didn't die, another one if it did:
Attack, bonus action: 13 Damage: 11
After which he moves his final feet behind the barricade; ensuring the goblins don't know where he is and hopefully making it look like they are with more people than they actually are.
"Shoot the riders, so they cannot go back and tell about any numbers!"
Rite of dawn:
Your weapon sheds bright light out to a radius of 20 feet.
You have resistance to necrotic damage.
Your weapon deals one additional hemocraft die of rite damage when you hit an undead
