Nothing is released from the ship and toward the beach. Whether this is due to a lack of an explicit order or to the need to reload all weapons, it is hard to say from this distance.
-> Flourish Blade vs. Kairus: Attack: 13 Damage: 13 (15,9)
(OOC: For now, we'll wait to see if Yulmiath agrees to use his reaction to hand his handaxe to Kairus. I don't want to assume that he is willing to do so or ignore the possibility that he wants to keep Ozor alive for now, or some other RP-based option here.)
Without thinking Yulmiath's hand snaps to his belt and holds his handaxe out for the Triton to grab on the run. Ozor needs to go down and he needs to go down now!
When the fight started, there was at least a partial sense that Krodhen and Ozor should be left to have a duel of their own. There is no such unspoken agreement now. Yulmiath supplies and Kairus delivers. Cardmon snaps into action in an attempt to prevent Kairus' rush forward but is ineffective. In a flash, the triton is holding two weapons and putting the Renegade Captain out of his misery. (Ozor fails three DEATH saving throws.)
From afar, Dinsly tries to reduce the treat that will no doubt be aimed at her soon enough. She clicks her tongue and sends one more spark of lightning toward Yulmiath.
-> Damage roll: 10 (10)
Yulmiath was hanging on by a thread. He falls back to the sand. (Yulmiath takes 10 lightning damage and is unconscious, incapacitated, and prone.)
With the death of her captain and most of the threat neutralized, Dinsly is seemingly no longer interested in the fight. she begins to run into the water and toward the pirate ship {OS-21}. In the process, whatever hold she had on the dragonborn's personal storm cloud is finally dissipated.
(Yulmiath is next up. He needs to roll a DEATH saving throw.)
Cardmon begins to look around nervously. He starts to sweat more profusely, and not only because of the fight. He then catches a glimpse of Yulmiath in his sandy deathbed and let's that guide his next words. (Yulmiathfails one DEATH saving throw.)
"Alright, mates. You are my crew now. Leave them dead on the beach!" He gives chase to Kairus:
-> Flourish Blade vs. Kairus: Attack: 21 Damage: 15 (17,8)
Kairus parries one attack and evades the other, just to then realize his parry wasn't that effective. Hun also pays the price for it (Warding Bond). (Kairus takes 4 slashing damage, Hun takes 4 slashing damage and is now unconscious, incapacitated, and prone.)
(Hun and Krodhen are up next. Krodhen needs to roll a DEATH saving throw. I'll leave the concentration check on Bane up to @Blue.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Hun never sees the blade, but out of the corner catches a glimpse of his ring again lighting up, portending his eminent fall. So just prior to blacking out, he manages to turn to his constructed companion and half-choke out the words, "Armageddon... Protocol", before his knees finally gave out and he collapsed practically maw first into the sand. The words seems to trigger something in Mrs. Thinn as she stiffened up for a moment, then looked from Hun to quickly scan the rest in battlefield.
Afterwards, she moved with what alacrity remained to her in taking off the basket on Hun and dropping its contents at her feet, releasing the intentionally just barely kept fed snakes. Then, her focus shifts to Cardmon to rush him immediately, certain in the snakes at least doing her no harm, as none seemed to have a taste for stone or metal in the past. The same couldn't be said for the pirates nearby, but... she didn't care. The protocol had been clear: Release the snakes, then do everything in her power to slay all enemies, starting with the one designated as their 'leader' if possible. And though limited in her capacity to understand such things, she understood 'common' well enough to interpret his words and gestures to follow through in a mad rush for the man, aiming to punch a hole through the man by barrelling into his center mass.
(OOC: Neither side(Kairus and Cardmon) really gave exact repositionining, so leaving it up to DM, assuming Mrs. Thinn avoids the AoOs.)
Free Action: Take up final snake basket.
Non-Action: Drop it.
Movement: Into melee with Cardmon(risking AoOs), positioning herself to be able to Deflect Next Attack vs Kairus(if possible).
Action(Mrs. Thinn): Lash out at Cardmon with Disruptor Fist! (Melee, Lethal)Force Rend - Attack: 11 Damage: 9 of Force.

Hun delivers what may be his final order before falling. (Hunfails one DEATH saving throw.)
Mrs. Thinn follows it diligently, dropping a basket of four poisonous snakes to the ground (as close to the nearby pirates as possible) and then making a move to support the last man standing, Kairus. The crew members think of slicing at the automaton but their attention quickly turns instead to the many snakes suddenly dropped on their feet.
Her first support action is to punch Cardmon, but the pirate's armor, as light as it may be, does a good job of blocking the attempt. Cardmon does not look comfortable in his new forced leadership role.

It was finally time! The promise day of freedom had finally arrived for the sinister four! So with a hissed out cry of "VivaLaRevolution!"(except for the one dazed one that screeched out Deus Vult!), the serpents began immediately attacking the closer pirates that dared to menace them with their blades when all the serpents sought was the comfort of the waters or the shades of nearby boats. How dare the scented/tasting two legs deny them glory!
As their fellow scaled ones, and being relatively still at that, Hun and Yulmiath are spared their smaller scaled brothers fury as some readily crawled over the fallen to enact their revolution!
..... At least that's probably the story Kairus might share as part of the recap for any of his fellows that managed to survive the day. But while some facts might've been exaggerated a bit, the end results of the actions of Hun's serpentine minion wasn't far from delivered truth of what ultimately came abouto.

The snakes move through a veritable brawl, seemingly in random directions. A few pirates are still in the thick of it, but those who aren't seem to be developing a newfound sense of independence... or something like that.
