(@MB: An eleven is exactly what you needed to escape the crabs.)
Focusing on the crabs first, Yulmiath rages underwater and pushes the animals away from him, which frees him form their grapple. Freed, he tries to take advantage of his mantle-provided swimming speed to go all the way back to the opening. That is, if he can survive the many opportunity attacks:
One of the crabs pinches the barbarian again, crushing him intensely and re-grappling his leg. The pain travels up Yulmiath's spine, forcing him into unconsciousness. (Yulmiath takes 6 bludgeoning damage, already halved, and is unconscious, incapacitated, grappled, and prone.)
-> Yulmiath has 3 turns worth of air in his lungs now that he is down (CON modifier). -> Never mind, the cloak of the manta ray allows him to breath underwater.
END OF INITIATIVE ROUND 1
(OOC: I'll wait a bit before posting the initiative tracker update to give @MuggsHill a chance to roll initiative.)
So much for turning tails! Kairus turned around and stared at the ugly creature now accompanied by two sea beasts. Fortunately, those two he was familiar enough with to at least try to calm them down. The few notes of a soothing lullaby (for 37) sounded different for the water creatures, but he hoped will work all the same. As for the monster... He did not know if it can sleep at all and tried to attract its attention by pulling off the medallion with his magical hand.
Putting his enchanted instrument to good use, Kairus turns to face the enemies and provides an unconsciousYulmiath some assistance. That assistance comes in the form of an underwater lullaby, magically intensified, of course. Neither of the giant crabs can resist the enchantment, releasing their grip on the dragonborn, tucking their eyes protectively into their shells, and becoming motionless for the time being.
(Krodhen's turn is still up. He is 20ft away from Kairus and 50ft away from the enemies, all underwater. There is no standing room above the water level except for the entrance into the underwater lair, so Krodhen's ring of water walking is unlikely to come in handy in this specific situation.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Krodhen will do the only thing he can do, start to close toward the enemies.
Underwater, Krodhen can use a javelin within 30ft of a target, so if he uses his Ring to close distance on the surface at normal movement speed then sinks below to make the attack, will he be within 30ft? If so he will do just that:
(@MuggsHill: Those not showing in the map above are in a part of the overturned shipwreck that is above water. From there, you saw an entry point into another section of the wreck that is submerged in water. That entry point is a doorframe, or an open hatch. Hence, the only portion of water which Krodhen could stand on with the help of his ring is this opening. There is no standing room between the water surface and the walls of the submerged compartment of the shipwreck.)
Krodhen moves to stand on the opening leading underwater but realizes that he'll need to go in if he wants to aid his new companions. He can't move as well underwater but sinks in anyway. He begins to swim with javelin in hand. The half-orc swims past Kairus, reaching a spot just 20ft away from the hag {AP-73}. This is the first opportunity Krodhen has to get a good look at the enemy. He also sees two sleeping crabs and a fallen Yulmiath.
Annoyed at her crab minions and threatened by Krodhen's sudden approach, Myldryd shakes the closest crab awake and orders it to intercept the half-orc. The crab seems a bit groggy at first, taking its time to obey its master (next round.)
Looping an arm around Yulmiath's arm, Myldryd then retreats 20ft toward the back of the room {AH-74}, using buoyancy to help her drag the dragonborn {AI-73}.
(Yulmiath and Hun are up next. Yulmiath needs to roll a DEATH saving throw. A few words from Hun are all that's needed to bring Rhogal into the fight. Assuming that happens, @Drache can roll initiative for the druid.)
Between seeing Kairus frantic/rapid approach(withOUT Yulmiath) and Krodhen diving in, Hun mutters a draconic curse under breath. "Look alive, dwarf! We're gonna need some back up, I think!"He calls to Rhogal. But sensing time was precious, there was no waiting around for the kobold to see further to the dwarf prior to taking a deep breath and diving into the water. It takes him a few moments to get even a little acclimated to the new environment. Once he sees Yulmiath's condition, and with a fervor so far seeming reserved only for espousing his distaste in birds beyond existing as food, Hun would swim past all to try and get to the dragonborn, survival instincts and consequences be damned!
Movement: To AR-73. (or as close as possible).
Action:Dash to AN-73(or as close to it as possible).

Yulmiath's mind drifts through a thick fog and flashes of memory come unbidden to the forefront of his mind. He awakes on a beach surrounded by debris; he sits in a tavern with a mug of frothy ale watching as Hun fiddles with some kind of shield; he stands on the stern of a ship as it sails out of port, a black dragonborn tearfully waving him off...
As both blood and air leave Yulmiath's body, the dragonborn's condition worsens severely. (DEATH saves: 0/2).
Hun briefly warns Rhogal and jumps into the water. Despite all his years traveling by sea, swimming is no easier for the kobold than it ever was . He has to actively put some effort into it in order to catch up to Krodhen {AP-74}.
"Leaving already? Guess an ugly squeed-face like you have to steal her men and keep them unconscious to get any attention!"Kairus was angry, which happen not so often. The creature tried to steal one of theirs and he was not about to allow it. He also realized, he can not reach the monster in time and Yulmiath has to be awakened and help himself. After the insult toward the hag, he modulated his voice to a more pleasant tune and addressed the Dragonborn.

Karius uses his knowledge of Aquan to deliver an insult followed by pleasantries in a single go. The harsh words are aimed at Myldryd, and the niceties at Yulmiath. The hag visibly reacts to being called "ugly", but the accompanying magic punch does not reach her.
Yulmiath opens his eyes and notices that almost everything hurts. Also, the hag is right there next to him. (Yulmiath recovers 6 HP.)
Krodhen tries to add injury to insult. The half-orc swims to Kairus' side, avoiding the awakening crab as he goes, and throws a javelin at the hag. The projectile travels considerably slower underwater, but it is still honed to a point. It pierces her leg. (Myldryd Urchinspine takes 9 piercing damage.)
At this distance, Krodhen begins to feel a sense of dread from looking at the hag's misshapen and horrific features, but it hasn't boiled over just yet.
Seeing that everyone is underwater, Rhogal plugs his nods a takes the plunge, himself. He moves as far as his dwarven frame could take him and assess the area.
Rhogalplunges into the water and begins his arduous approach. Dwarves were not built for swimming and it shows. Despite his efforts, the druid can only reach a spot that is still 10ft to the south of Hun {AR-73}.
Rhogal sees all his companions engaged in a fight, some at melee range and others at a distance. Hun is just ahead, while Krodhen and Kairus are farther in near an aggressive-looking crab. A second giant crab sleeps nearby. Even deeper into the lair, a horrible seaweed-enveloped woman attacks a seriously injured Yulmiath.
