“I could, perhaps, put Otis in touch with my tailor.“ Roy nods helpfully. ”I slept somewhat fitfully. There are many threads to pull at in this crisis, and the death of that poor woman sits heavy on my thoughts. The child and Brenden must now occupy them.”
”And in considering: I think we should pursue the vision. We have learned much, but the direct action has been most valuable. The eldritch act that brought Victor low. I would follow its essential quality. Let’s head for the mountain mine.”
"Thanks Falken! But I think Pops was implying I'm reckless or need to take care of my own laundry, probably both.", Otis will say as he puts on his tunic.
"The mountain it is then. Does everyone have rope?"
Falken checks his bag real quick then confirms. "I do infact have rope.. Why? Do you plan on getting kinky? I DONT SWING THAT WAY KIDDO!" He shouts out, jokingly.
Falken makes sure he has everything then begins to follow the rest of the group to their next destination. While walking, he will begin to badly whistle a delightful tune. (This tune sounds vaguely familiar to the Wellerman Sea Shanty)
You had all woke and gathered at the town hall barracks before setting out. Farthran had gone home to get some sleep, but Tessa had remained to stand guard for those sleeping at the barracks. As you gather up, she is replaced by another guard, a human male named Gareth who after a bit of small talk is the grandson of Elder Martino Pethgar. As you prepare to leave, he bids you good luck on your journey.
You leave the town hall and head over the bridge that leads to the west side of town and passing by the Grog Shop Tavern, Farthran steps out to greet you with a large frothy mug in one hand. "Where are you off to lads? Is there any news?"
*gillian rubs his eyes and looks upon the ever more ominous sky that hangs over their struggles, hoping to perhaps get a breakfast ale and meal before they head out*
Farthran shakes his head, "I had a few men searching throughout the night, but he is clearly smarter than we thought. What little we could find of his tracks crisscross the town, going one way and then back on themselves."
He gestures into the tavern, "Have you had breakfast yet?"
Klok wanders in from meditating in the woods. "Good Morning! Are we ready to tackle the next part of this mission? Off to the mountains, yes? I am ready whenever you all are. I have eaten while in the woods"
Falken let's out a loud belch as the question of food is asked."I have already eaten. I thank you though for thinking of me. However, I'll gladly accompany any of those who haven't eaten." He says, licking his lips slightly.
Grahl moves in a bit sluggish, still placing his gear on his belt to get ready. A bit of bags under his eyes showing from an uneasy night.
Having had a quick bite he looks at the others a moment after they decline the offer of food. Perhaps ill just grab something to go.he says trying to retrieve a piece of bread or something that will hold up a journey in his bag.

Klok walks in from outside and sits with the group "Good morning younglings. Good morning Falken. Everyone sleep well?"

I don't have a signature.
Otis smiles while he replies,"You can never have enough rope in the dark."

Grahl browses his gear pulling out the end of a rope I have a rope, and hammer. No pitons though he shrugs
Hearing Falkens reaction to the question Grahl smirks, I do have some manacles in here.. leftover from the blacksmiths he adds quickly.
He puts his gear back in the bag and gets ready to depart.
Klok misunderstanding the conversation adds "I have some torches if it's dark"
Roy makes a face that divulges nothing of his thoughts on rope, manacles or torches. He walks a bit faster though

"That's a good question! Any news of Brendon?", Otis replies. "We are headed off to the mountain were we believe the man, Victor, came from."
Otis will stop to chat, but having eaten with Pops that morning, makes no indication of entering for a morning meal and drink.

"I ate with Pops this morning before my run, so I'm fine.", Otis returns and continues," But I don't know about everyone else."
Otis looks around at the group.
