Sarith keeps walking and replies "Tremors in the ground happen all the time. Drow are used to these. You just need to keep an eye on the stone above you. Watch for cracks, watch for shifting..." he points up and glances above him, then stops in his tracks looking up at the ceiling of this passage which is about 15 feet above the ground.
Petmailer looks in the direction Sarith is pointing and can see dust falling down from the ceiling and cracks appearing and starting to spread.
[Not sure what the insight check was for, but it's obvious Sarith was being dismissive of Vethna's concerns, then looked up at the ceiling and saw something that made him pause.]
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Tanis looks for the source of the tremors and the cracking in the ceiling, ready to dodge any attackers or falling rocks from above. Looking to see if there's any way for the party to stay clear of a cave-in.
Vrah backs up as well but will also pull out his Battleaxe just in case, as he remembers the drow mention that some creatures burrow through the earth.
There is more cracking and vibration, building up to a rumble. Dust pours out of the ceiling, obscuring your vision for a second. You begin to hear sliding and grinding a rocks above you shift and crash down into the tunnel. The sounds are coming from both in front of you and behind you.
Everyone make a dex save at advantage as most of you prepared for something to hit.
Once the dust settles, the good news is... you all were able to avoid the falling rocks and bunch up together between the places where the ceiling collapsed both in front and behind you. The bad news is... you ended up separated from some of your companions.
When the rocks started falling, Sarith must have rush forward trying to get clear of the cave in. He's hopefully on the other side of the rubble, but he could have been crushed under rocks. Behind you, Jimjar and Eldeth were hanging toward the back and talking. They are also separated from you by a pile of rubble.
Stool, Shuushar and Derendil were toward the middle of the pack and are in this passage with you. Fargas the halfling is there as well. His leg was scraped by a falling rock, but he isn't badly hurt. When the collapse started, Stool set off their spores in a panic. You all inhaled some of them along with a lot of dust and dirt.
You hear Jimjar's voice in your head "Are you all okay up there?? Was anyone hurt? Eldeth and I are back here. We're fine. We might be able to dig through over here...@#$%@!!"
He starts pushing a few rocks and more of the ceiling begins coming down. "Dammit, it's pretty unstable. Do you see a way out?"
As you can see in the image above, when the ceiling collapsed, so did part of the side wall as well, exposing an opening into another chamber.
Tanis uses Stool's telepathy to let everyone know that inside the cave-in, everyone is fine except for a minor injury to Fargas. He checks on Sarith to the front. If the drow is clear of the rubble, Tanis assumes he will be using this opportunity to move on as he said he would and wishes him well if so.
Tanis tries to helpVrah as the bugbear attempts to make a passage way near the top of the rubble between the party and Jimjar and Eldeth. Taking extra care to avoid any further cave-ins or settling that might worsen the situation. He feels an affinity to both of them, despite Jimjar's compulsive gambling problem, and is loath to be separated.
You don't sense anything from Sarith. You can't tell whether that's because he wasn't exposed to the spores, has moved on quickly on his own or if he's buried under rubble.
As Vrah and Tanis start to work on the pile of rubble, moving a few stones dislodges even more of the ceiling. Jimjar calls out to you telepathically. "Careful. This entire passage seems unstable. If you guys can go forward, Eldeth and I can circle back and try to find a passage that will meet back up with you."

Petmailer follows his pointing hand and looks at the area of the crack.

Even with that insight, he gets it. “Cave in, back up!!” Petmailer backpedals and looks to dodge any debris as well.
