I won't be online for several hours so I figured I should do this now. If anyone still wants to by an item from the shop, anything in the adventuring gear section of the PHB is available for sale for the price listed in the PHB EXCEPT, Acid (vial), Alchemist Flame, Antitoxin, holy water, magnifying glass, poison, potion of healing, and the spyglass.
As the party nears the western gate, they spot an area with a bunch of carriages and supplies. Rweni goes over and hands in the seal, shortly before the party is given the wagon, and informed how to set it up. Everyone roll an animal handling check, 14 or higher you can easily control the horses.
With their path chosen the party sets out from the western gate, for the mountains.
"Safe road sounds better." Andarel nods in agreement with the others on which route to take. Having only been tested against chickens, she was not yet confident in their capabilities and mutated trolls sounded dangerous.
As the group reach the western gate, Andarel makes no attempt at handling the horses, their comparative sizes causing her to feel a little bit intimidated. She happily helps load items onto the wagon before taking a seat in said wagon as they pass out of the city into the surrounding vista.
Rweni admires Soloth’s command over the horses. She steps up into the carriage and sits next to him. Rweni pulls a bolt out of her quiver and locks it into the crossbow. ”May I sit next to you during this ride?” She smiles as she lays the butt of the crossbow’s stock on her thigh, the weapon pointed skyward, but still in a readied position.
As the wagon trundles along, seeing Fen playing with his dagger Andarel takes out her steels, both short blades are proportioned just well enough for the goblin. She eyes both edges on each blade, turning them over and around catching any imperfections in the light, running them along the back of her hand, testing their sharpness. "Good enough." She tells herself before sheathing the swords and settling down in a corner, lounging herself back in the makeshift seats and removes a plain leather-bound tome out of her satchel and starts leafing through the pages, flitting back and forth amongst them, muttering quietly to herself.
Once outside of the city, you follow the road signs and begin making your way southwest towards the capital of Udan. Several hours pass and noon rolls around, the open plains roll out in all directions making a potential monster or bandit ambush near impossible. A quick break to give the horses some feed, and water and you all get back on the road without worry. Another hour passes before off in the distance you see an overturned wagon. What do you do?
Trilaxa opens her pack and rummages through it for a while, finally pulling out some small liquids and powders, she mixes a small vial and quaffs t right away, then carefully stows her equipment again.

Rweni eyes the overturned wagon with both suspicion and a need to make sure the occupants are okay. Hearing Trilaxa behind her, Rweni responds, “I do not want to jeopardize our endeavors and I understand your concerns. Soloth, are you able to maneuver our wagon in a wide berth to gives us distance from that carriage?”
Rweni brings her crossbow to a more readied state, lifting it off her leg and holding it steady as can be with both hands. She looks at the wagon to see if there are any occupants or if it is just merely abandoned.
”I agree, Fen. I don’t like the idea of leaving an obvious overturned cart if there are occupants that need assistance. On the other hand, I also share Trixala’s cautionary approach that it very well could be an ambush.” Rweni still keeps her crossbow trained on the cart as they approach. “Soloth, you have the horses under control, so I’ll let you listen to them and rush past if they’re getting jittery or however best you think.”
((OOC- Rweni is looking for any occupants, and if there are any to determine if they are in distress.))

You hear muffled shouting, as you get closer you see a hoard of kobolds trying to break their way in, the shouting is coming from the inside the carriage.
I agree with the safer slow route, it's the best choice for now.
