Weapon (longbow), artifact (requires attunement by a Elf or Ranger)

This Longbow was once in the possession of the first Great Elvin king, a ranger who united all of the Elves into one group. Upon his death, the quiver was seen as a holy item for many years, until the elves fragmented once again. It somehow wound up in the Lair of a Red Dragon. Part of his soul still dwells within the Bow, giving it a peaceful personality, it wants to be reunited with the rest of the Elvin King's equipment.

The bow is a sentient weapon that can speak Common and Elvish, both telepathically, and verbally. It has darkvison to 30ft.

This longbow is a +3 longbow, that deals an additional 1d8 points of damage

While attuned to this weapon you get three extra attacks.

While Attuned to this weapon you gain True sight for 60ft

While attuned to this weapon you can attune to five total items.

While attuned to this weapon you gain expertise in perception

This Longbow has 20 charges, and can cast

Acid Arrow at 9th level for 5 charges at the cost of an arrow, and the spell

magic missile at 9th level for 5 charges at the cost of an arrow.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
