(Nice hits, folks! Could I get a quick update on which ghouls are still standing and which are more injured, roughly speaking, before I post Soren's turn?)
His owl familiar, Nettle, flies in the face of Ghoul B, taking the help to confer advantage on attacks and flying back to Soren's shoulder (without invoking an opportunity attack due to owl's Flyby feature).
Soren casts and concentrates on Summon Beast, summoning a beast of the land. Lasts 1 hour unless killed or concentration broken. Beast takes action immediately after Soren's turn.
Bonus Action: Soren invokes his Spirit Totem: All his allies get 8 Temp HP (lasting) and advantage on STR checks and saves (only for the next minute).
Immediately after Soren's turn, summoned Beastie attacks Ghoul B with advantage due to Nettle'shelp:
Thredash pokes Ghoul D with his quarter staff in passing on his way to giving Ghoul C a two handed poke with the quarter staff, followed by a knee and fist to the belly and head of ghoul B
quarter staff 2 handed versus Ghoul C Attack: 19 Damage: 11
Brix sees Thom trying to fend of ghoul D and decides to lend a hand. Grabbing another vial from his bandolier the gnome again works the lever on his gauntlet ejecting the vial containing his faerie fire spell. He loads the new vial into its place and slams the small lever home pressurising the liquid. The magically infused chemical sprays forth in a stream of fire igniting a small fire at the ghouls feet.
OCC: Brix casts bonfire for [roll]1d8[/spell] damage unless the ghoul makes DEX 13 check.
Concentrating on his summoned beast of the land (in the form of a wolf), Soren uses his Thorn Whip to attack the last remaining ghoul (D), spiked green vines emanating from his hand. He does not pull the ghoul any closer (pulls up to 10' closer on a hit).
Finally, his owl familiar (Nettle) flies in the face of Ghoul D, taking the help for whoever attacks the ghoul next, giving them advantage even if the Faerie Fire fades, before flying back to Soren's shoulder (no opportunity attack due to Flyby feature).
EVERYONE: Don't forget that Soren used his Bear spirit totem to give everyone in the party, including all PCs as well as Nettle and Spike, 8 Temporary HPs. So for example, Olin, since you took 8 damage, you should just be at full health with no Temp HPs. Everyone else should have 8 Temp HPs since I don't think anyone else has gotten hit (?).
With the ghouls destroyed you turn your attention to the stone tablets scattered about the chamber. You notice that inscribed on the tablets is the word, "Wrongteousness".
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Let me have a look at those.' says Brix. The alchemist gathers the tablets and starts to peruse laying them out on the floor in what ever order makes sense.
OCC:
Brix will try to rely on his artificer's lore skill to figure out what the tablets mean.
