Maggwyn - You strike the gnoll directly (with Sneak Attack), cleaving its head halfway from its shoulders. Its blood spews from its body, drifting to and filling the circle as you back away.
The blood has now filled the circle completely, with some various odd items drifting in it, but the glow it had previously is not the same.
The lead gnoll looks down at Miesha, snarling at her before striking her with its flail. All of its attacks seem to be bolstered with a bloodlust fueled by the ritual circle.
Attack against Miesha (Flail of Madness) - On a hit, Miesha make a Wisdom saving throw - Attack: 26 Damage: 8
Attack against Miesha (Flail of Pain) - Attack: 23 Damage: 10 plus an additional 20 psychic damage
Attack against Miesha (Flail of Stunning) - On a hit, Miesha make a Constitution saving throw - Attack: 27 Damage: 8
The lead cultist scrambles onto her feet and returns to the circle. The circle glows again, but brighter this time as it is full. The lead gnoll twitches and writhes as its skin begins to split and its body begins to warp. This transformation completes at the end of the lead cultist's next turn (as it was harried by the cultist being dragged away). Anyone that can cast spells may make an Arcana check.
Three hyenas pounce on Jasper and Kass. The lead gnoll's bloodthirst empowers them to attack more rapidly, and their strength in numbers allowing them to surround their prey.
Hyena A attack against Jasper - Attack: 13 Damage: 3
Hyena A attack against Jasper - Attack: 21 Damage: 2
Hyena C attack against Jasper - Attack: 18 Damage: 3
Hyena C attack against Kass - Attack: 21 Damage: 1
Hyena D attack against Kass - Attack: 22 Damage: 11
Hyena D attack against Kass - Attack: 11 Damage: 5
Osboran looks around grimacing at the events around him. He then shoves past the cultists around him (though staying within their range) and reaches for the gnoll near Maggwyn.
Osboran's spell against Gnoll C - Attack: 6 Damage: 26
He hits the gnoll, necrotic energy seeping into it as it falls to the ground.
The two remaining lesser gnolls stand up. One lunges at Kass and the other at Maggwyn.
Gnoll A against Kass - Attack: 14 Damage: 5
Gnoll B against Maggwyn - Attack: 20 Damage: 10
Your tentatively allied cultist slashes at the gnoll that attack Maggwyn.
Cultist (Osboran's Ally) against Gnoll B - Attack: 11 Damage: 5
The attack lands, causing the gnoll to recoil slightly.
(Next up: Kass) (NOTE: To hit Jasper, the hyenas need to roll against the duplicates. 6, 18, 6. Because of the Bladesong AC boost two attacks miss, and one would have hit but instead destroys one duplicate. There are two remaining duplicates)

Attack against Miesha (Flail of Madness) - On a hit, Miesha make a Wisdom saving throw - Attack: 27 Damage: 11
Miesha is hit and staggers a bit from the attack, apparently having been unprepared for such ferocity. (Wis Save vs DC ??: 13 )
Attack against Miesha (Flail of Pain) - Attack: 24 Damage: 8 plus an additional 10 psychic damage
Miesha tries to bring up her shield but is once again struck and staggered... Her head screaming almost as much as her body from the hit.
Attack against Miesha (Flail of Stunning) - On a hit, Miesha make a Constitution saving throw - Attack: 21 Damage: 13
Beaten and battered, the bronze warrior tries to prepare herself, but there is no preparation to be done against this beast and his attacks... With the third successive strike, Miesha falls and is unconscious... (Con Save vs DC ??: 10

Miesha is down in a heap, regardless of whether she made the saves or not, or what failing them may mean...

Crannoc's pulse is pounding in his head as he helplessly watches his bronze ally Miesha smashed down by the monstrous gnoll leader being empowered by the ritual circle. Concentrating on his link to Temuth for his Bless, he is unable to ask for further Guidance, but he nevertheless tries to determine what might be happening with the lead cultist/sister and the ritual, despite being woefully unschooled in such types of magic.
"Everyone - the lead cultist and the lead gnoll are the biggest threat. We must identify and halt this unnatural abomination of a ritual!"
Miesha - While you resist the effects of the "Flail of Stunning," you do not resist those of the "Flail of Madness." You feel compelled to attack a random creature that you can hit, which in this case is only your enemies. (Roll a d4. 1 = Gnoll Leader, 2 = Cultist Leader, 3 = Giant Hyena A, 4 = Giant Hyena B. Then, make an attack against the corresponding creature.)
Maggwyn - In combination of your and the cultist's efforts, you fell the gnoll (Gnoll B).
(Next up: Kass)
Crannoc - You observe the ritual and its components. This ritual is made to create some horrible and unnatural transformation. Destroying the circle, the ritual's caster (the lead cultist), or the target (the lead gnoll). The nature of this ritual specifically is one that deals with otherwordly magics from foreign planes.
((Not sure if DM is going to bot Kass or what... But I believe Miesha is after Kass (Order: Osboran, Lesser Gnolls, Lesser Cultist (Osboran’s Ally), Kass, Miesha, Giant Hyenas, Aalsan, Lesser Cultists, Jasper, Maggwyn/Crannoc, Gnoll Leader, Lead Cultist, Hyenas) so I'll just get my first Death Save out of the way...))

(Thank you, I suppose that I will just to keep things moving. I don't know how MightyOwl wants to flavor Kass's abilities, so I will stick to mechanics for this turn.)
Kass casts Lightning Lure on Giant Hyena A.
Giant Hyena A Strength Saving Throw: 12
The creature resists, but both of the giant hyenas snarl and join their hyena pack in their assault.
Giant Hyena A attack against Kass - Attack: 22 Damage: 12
Giant Hyena A attack against Kass - Attack: 21 Damage: 9
Giant Hyena B attack against Jasper - Mirror Image 18 - Attack: 7 Damage: 8
Giant Hyena B attack against Jasper - Mirror Image 14 - Attack: 13 Damage: 10
Seeing Kass attacked, Aalsan turned his focus towards her attacker (Giant Hyena A). The same flicker of the fingers and wrists, along with the similar incantation as he sent another blast towards the creature. He'd have tried to help the fallen one but the healing arts were not his.. his patrons' speciality.
Casting eldritch blast. Attack: 9 Force damage if hit: 9
Jasper quickly raises a paw and mutters a word in elven as the cultist attacks. A sly grin forms on his face as the invisible Shield forms and thwarts the attacker. The crimson capped feline then disappears altogether as he Misty Steps away towards the cultist leading the ritual. Using his impressive speed to close any remaining gap Jasper strikes at the cultist hoping to end the ritual before it is too late.
Jasper - You leap forward, striking solidly into the focusing cultist. Your blade glides through her ribs and is then drawn back out as she slumps to the floor. The ritual that she was conducting becomes incredibly unstable. The blood in the circle begins to boil and the light shines brighter than ever for a brief moment before a searing crimson light fills the room, accompanied by a bloodcurdling screech. As the nearest individual you, Jasper, see that the gnoll in the center is partially disassembled as part of the ritual. It likely should have been reassembled, but that is where the ritual was cut off.
As the red light dies down, you all see the corpse of the lead cultist next to the deconstructed ritual circle. Standing in the center of that failed ritual is the gnoll, though not the mighty one that you saw before. In this failed ritual its skin was flayed from its body in pieces and was not put back on, its muscle is visible in places, and its left arm appears to have been rendered useless. In its right arm is still its flail. A combination of fury and pain emanates from this mangled gnoll.

Still filled with rage, but thrilled to see Jasper dispose of the major threat in the room, she attacks the cultist that is still next to her (if no longer there, she goes to the next threat, staying 5' away from any other that isn't her target so she can sneak attack them)
Crannoc breathes a sigh of relief as he sees Jasper's arcane pounce finish off the cult leader, disrupting the abomination of a ritual. In Sylvan, he murmurs:
So Temuth created the great felines, big cats who prowl quietly, strike swiftly and kill surely. But also did they grant us all, plants and creatures, the ability to mend our own wounds, to rise again resilient from cuts and blows to our flesh, excising the unnatural and corrupt.
As the sycamore seedling circles Crannoc once, Miesha senses the unexpected dappled glow of sunlight filtered through a canopy of forest leaves.
Maggwyn isn't looking very well after all of the attacks, she finally gets her chance to rage with all the intensity she can muster.
Not wanting to leave the enemies she is near to give them an attack of opportunity, she slices at the Gnoll D next to her.
(not sure with the way things are laid out if she gets a sneak attack here? If Gnoll D is next to another ally she does, I'll roll it just in case)
Attack: 8 Damage: 10
sneak attack if hit: 7
Maggwyn then backs away from the gnoll but stays within range of the cultist. (Can do that with her feature fancy footwork without AoO)

Casting eldritch blast. Attack: 9 Force damage if hit: 9
