Maggwyn, Jasper, Kass, and Crannoc - Using Miesha's distraction, you reach the nearest window unseen. The window isn't locked, but as Maggwyn peers through it she sees that there is one guard at a table inside. He is facing away and playing a game of cards.
Miesha - The half-orc seems thrilled that someone will listen to her stories. "I am Gotir, and this is Hirdos. It is a pleasure to meet you. Now, before the celebration in the newcomers' honor, there was a large group of gnolls that came rushing out of the Lonsvell's keep. They came by here as they fled town, but I was not about to let their vile ways spread to the rest of the area..." She continues telling you about how she felled a group of nearly 20 gnolls, occasionally showing you the combative moves that she is describing. You do notice that her form with the sword is sloppy and that her story isn't consistent with what a gnoll is actually like. That said, she does tell the story in a very captivating manner.
Maggwyn quickly gets out of the way of the window and signals to her crew that there is a guard in that room. Continuing around the perimeter of the house, she heads to the next window and peers in. Baring no guards, she tries to open this one next.
Maggwyn - The next window that you peer into is larger than the last and through it you can see the dining room. There is a table that is far too large for the one owner of this home. There are no guards in this room, but there are three doors from it, one on which is open and you can piece together that it leads to the room with the guard playing cards. The window is unlocked but is large and could be difficult to open quietly. Make a Sleight of Hand check.
Maggwyn, Jasper, Kass, and Crannoc - Make a Stealth check (group check) to sneak into the house through the window if Maggwyn opens it successfully. The DC is lowered by Miesha’s distraction.
Catching up to Maggwyn as she peers into the second window, this time catching her eyes so it's not a surprise, Crannoc quietly calls for Temuth'sGuidance and taps her lightly on the shoulder to aid her in her attempt to open the large window noiselessly.
He then calls the same Guidance on himself to try to enter quietly if Maggwyn is successful.
He wonders briefly if all this is exactly what Temuth really had in mind for him, but then he thinks of it as a pack of wolves on the hunt and lets it go.
Maggwyn cocks her head at Crannoc as he taps her on the shoulder in confusion, but then feels.. something from it. Not sure where to place the feeling, but figures it is to help, she nods at him and focuses back on opening the large window.
Maggwyn - You open the window, though not as quietly as you might have liked. You step very quietly inside. You are in a very lavish dining room, with plush seats and elegant carving on the chairs and table. There are numerous animal's heads mounted on the wall, with the largest and most exotic being above the seat at the head of the table. The door to your right is open.
Crannoc - As the last in line, you can still see into the first window that Maggwyn checked. The guard there heard something and is not taking action but is on slightly higher alert.
Kass - (With your Infiltrator Mode I believe you should have made that check at advantage.)
Seeing the guard in the first window go to higher alert, Crannoc casts the Minor Illusion cantrip twice, first to create the sound of a cat meowing once outside, as if it might have been the one to bump one of the windows. Finishing that, once inside the second window, he casts Minor Illusion again, creating the still image of tabby cat watching just under one of the bushes outside, yellow eyes peering out, in case the guard looks out the first window.
Maggwyn, Jasper, Kass, and Crannoc - Most if you step into the room quietly, but when Kass is about to step in it turns out that she was slightly too tall for the window. She hits her head, making some noise, which the last in line: Crannoc, responds quickly to. With his illusions in place, all four of you make it into the room. Maggwyn peaks into the room to the right and sees the guard that was playing cards is now at the window and is murmuring something to a cat outside the window. The guard seems to have decided that since he’s already standing, it is a prime time to walk about to survey the area. He will turn around to see Maggwyn and perhaps wander into the dining room very soon. Crannoc, as the last one in, do you close the window?
Instead of closing the window behind him, Crannoc wonders if they may need to leave in a hurry and instead simply draws again on his father's divine aasimar magic to create the Minor Illusion of the window behind them as being closed, even though it's not. Trying to time the resulting disappearance of the cat with when the guard briefly glances away.
Seeing trouble brewing, Jasper silently signals for everyone to duck below the large dining table on the opposite side from the approaching guard. Once there he tries to determine if they can fit down the middle between legs and chairs, if there is cover from a long table coth or apron around the table, etc. or if they'll need to try to move and stay on the opposite side from the approaching guard.
Crannoc, relying on Maggwyn and Jasper for direction as he is, attempts to follow the cat-man's lead.
I hope this doesn't end up like that drink of his that I had... (fingers to his temple, remembering the ache he had when he awoke, now thankfully subsided.)
Ducking under the table, you are safe from the guard’s view when he briefly glances into the room. He sees through the window and to the two guards with Miesha outside. He moves to the door on your left and opens it. You hear the front door open as he shouts at the two guards out front.
Miesha - Another guard opens the front door and shouts to the other two. “You two should be keeping watch, not entertaining strangers!” The two guards grumble. Gotir quietly speaks to you, “His shift ends in five minutes, then he’ll be replaced. We don’t have to worry about him in just a little bit.”
“Sorry!” Miesha calls out to the guard peering out at them and gives an apologetic smile and wave in their direction.
“I really hope I didn’t get you two in trouble,” she continues. “Let me go talk to him!” “Excuse me! Sir?” She calls out to the third guard and starts walking in his direction. “It really is all my fault. I was just pestering them but if you’re the one in charge I really should be talking to you… See, I’m in search of a job and I think I’d make a pretty good guard. Do you need more help?”
Miesha’s not sure if the ten minutes they asked for has elapsed or not, but she’s hopefully given them at least a chance to get inside. If she can distract more guards though, that can only help. Right? But if this guys shift is almost over that could mean more guards are coming…?
Kass curses under her breath, praying her negligence did not just cost the group their element of surprise. "Apologies," she whispers. She holds her breath as the guard approaches, then passes, then breathes a quiet sigh of relief.

If Maggwyn is able to open the window and no guards are rushing in to investigate, Crannoc attempts to sneak in too (probably bringing up the rear).

(That was with advantage unfortunately lol)
Maggwyn checks out the table to see if there is anything that is interesting. Once finished, she peaks in the doorway to her right.
(OC: Sorry, away for the weekend but back in a few hours.)

Once the guard is well away, Crannoc considers using the Message cantrip but instead whispers to the group:
"What are we hunting for? Did the apothecary Birgon describe it or say which room it is in?" He looks curiously at Maggwyn and Jasper.
