Hearing the sound of an oncoming goblin, Tibern will ready his rapier and dagger in order to attack if needed. For the time being though he attempted to hide in the shadows while waiting to see what the others would do.

We will assume Lothar stepped into the side tunnel with Bron and Vandar, where he can return Vandar's weapon and be out of sight of the approaching goblin. Just waiting to hear how Glen reacts.
The goblin steps out onto the bridge, pausing for a moment with a confused look on his face when he sees that the bridge is unoccupied. He then scans the tunnel below and spots a lone battered wizard attempting to hide. The goblin smirks, believing that the wizard is all that remains of the intruders, and nocks an arrow.
The goblin has not signaled the others, and has only detected Glen. Everyone else gets a chance at a surprise attack before a battle even begins. Surprise attacks get advantage.

"I agree, I don't like the idea of them attacking us from behind while dealing with the ones in this chamber." He began steathing to the bridge where the goblin came from to see if he could spot more.
Tibern nodded his agreement to the suggestion, a plan forming in his mind. "I will save my magic for now but when we get into the room with more goblins I can attempt to cast the sleep spell on them. I many be able take some of them out of the fight long enough time to deal with any bigger threat." He whispers to them, looking to Bron as he attempts sneaks ahead.
You can not see any other goblins from the main passage.
You are all currently either in the main passage under the bridge or in the steep passage to the west of the stream, with the loose stones.
If you want to go up the steep passage and past the room with the 5 goblins you will have to each roll stealth twice, once to get past the 5 undetected, then again to take the others by surprise. However if you continue up the main passage you will only need to roll stealth once to take them by surprise.
Or if you prefer you can all try to climb the wall to get to the bridge which is 20ft above the stream and adjacent path.
