Sinak shakes his head. "Lycanthropes, eh? This looks like a transformation occurred here. Be on guard, my friends. I can't see anything, but we are likely in more danger than werealize..."
Sinak looks up at the sky, looking for the phase of the moon, and shivers. He kneels and prays to the Raven Queen for guidance.

“Beware the feather indeed”Thelan nods to Sinak and holds up the bloodied clothing and glasses “This does not bode well for our friend Fivin. I don’t see any tracks leaving here. It is like he vanished.” Thelan looks around at the others “It is a narrow ravine. Only one path forward, should we push on?”
He gives Sinak a sharp glance “You didn’t believe that lycanthrope stuff the hag spewed did you? Still there would be tracks.” Thelan gives the ground another look for any non-humanoid tracks leaving the trail. Survival: 7.

Neela is also feeling quite nervous in this ravine: it would be a perfect place for an ambush. If this was Fivin's elk, why did he follow the owlbear in here? Did the owlbear do this to him, or something else? And with the owlbear now dead, where is Fivin? She looks to Sinak. "Why do you think it was lycanthropes? I agree that something here doesn't make sense. We need to be careful. We're sitting ducks in this ravine if someone decided to ambush us."
Before Krugh moves the bodies, she investigates them for any sign of another attacker: teeth marks, manmade weapons etc. When finished, she moves aside for Krugh to try and move them.
Sinak turns to the others and says, “What if Fivin is a werewolf? The moon is out, he was in danger and he transformed, killed the owlbear who was trying to eat his elk for a snack, and then ran away? He could be watching us, right now…” Sinak keeps looking around, looking for movement.

"I wouldn't call it fantasizing Krugh. We will be better prepared to face threats if we figure them out first."Yasmina says, but follows along, sending Razul ahead again to scout or threats.
All - You press onward toward Ravenglade Keep and after another hour you are out of the ravine and back into the woods. It is mid-afternoon by now, around 5pm and the sunlight is reduced to a dim gloaming by the time it reaches the forest floor.
Krugh & Yasmina - Echoing through the woods is a clanking sound, occasionally peppered with the yapping of some small creatures. Peering through the trees, you notice a band of kobolds headed in the same direction that you are. A hobbling, elderly creature leaning heavily on a walking staff leads the pack. Behind it, several of the other kobolds carry what looks to be a battered old rowboat but is clearly filled with something that catches the gloaming. You hear the elderly kobold shouting, "The Kobold tribe will grow under the black—you! Hold the boat higher! Black wing’s riches should not touch the ground.—wing in the sky! Soon, the sun, moon and stars are for Kashak to command!"
Yasmina giggles softly at the sight, but sends Razul to take a closer look at the group of kobolds and what they carry in their battered old rowboat. "So what deity shall we call upon this time to convince your brethren to return from whence they came."The calishite half-elf asks Neela with a wink and a smile.
When being told of what Razul saw, Neela just shakes her head sadly. "No, don't attack them. They're just regular kobolds, born to be a dragon's minions. It's not their fault. They haven't seen the truth yet. That if we try hard enough, we can be dragons too, good ones! Great ones! Like a brass dragon!" She puffs out her chest a little, and tries to cover the spots where the brass paint has rubbed off to show blue scales beneath. "I don't want to hurt them. Maybe we can follow them? They might know a way in?"
"They clearly are here to serve the dragon..."Yasmina quickly whispers to the half-orc. "...and we don't want to weaken ourselves unnecessarily. Let's hear what Neela has to say before doing anything rash."
"Okay, so either we trick them to go back, or we follow them to the keep. Simply attacking them just isn't an option though Krugh." Yasmina says with a tired sigh.
Sinak shakes his head. "Lycanthropes, eh? This looks like a transformation occurred here. Be on guard, my friends. I can't see anything, but we are likely in more danger than we realize..."

Nah, me thinks hag was full of shit.
Hmm, maybe elf got crushed?
Krugh tries shifting the bodies of the owlbear and the elk, just in case the elf lies underneath.

Thelan - You find no other tracks in the area.
Yasmina - Razul sees no threats in the area.
Krugh - You're able to pull and push the carcasses around as best you can in the confined space and you see no elf beneath them.
Neela - The only wounds you find appear to have been caused by the other animal in the fight.
alright, no use fantasizing
With a smirk, Krugh continues along the ravine
