 Both attacks don't penetrate his armor, "I know, but it won't be today, and it won't be at your hands," He says, smashing him with his mace, and then casting spiritual weapon as a bonus action:

Spiritual mace: Attack: 18 Damage: 8

The weretiger seems unfazed by the physical attack, but he reels backward as Aeron's spiritual mace slams into his face. A trickle of blood appears at the corner of his feline nose.

Whistler grit his teeth; he'd been making solid hits, but his darts weren't doing as much damage as he'd expected on the weretiger. Still, he persisted, launching yet another dart at the transformed foe.

Aeron looks at whistler, "Do you use anything other than darts to fight?"

"Are you sure you don't want to stand down? Maybe taken a break, sharpen your nails, and come back later?" Revelry asks. ((Vicious Mockery, Wis save DC 13 or 4 psychic damage and disadvantage on his next attack))

"Whistler, help me or Moni to land blows, together we can bring it down quicker!" Rizo suggests urgently.

Attack: 8 Damage: 1 fire damage

Attack: 12 Damage: 6 fire damage

Rizo's repeated fire attacks have left large patches of raw, blistered skin showing through the weretiger's fur. The pain seems to irritate him, and he rounds on Rizo with a roar.

"Stop. Throwing. Fire!"

He charges at Rizo with outstretched claws, turning his back on Aeron, Whistler, and Revelry.

Aeron and Revelry can use a reaction to make a melee weapon attack of opportunity (I just realized divine smite doesn't have to be on my turn!)

DC 14 Strength Saving Throw from Rizo, please! ((Don't forget, you're still blessed.))

Revelry unsheathes her thigh dagger and attempts to plunge it into the weretiger's shoulder, knowing the dagger itself won't harm him, but hoping her goddess will see fit to deliver divine judgement:

Claw #2 @ Rizo Attack: 7 (or 25, whichever is higher, if he fails the save) Damage: 13

Rizo gulps as the Weretiger charges him recklessly. Unable to block the ferocious attack, a large gaping wound opens at Rizo's temple. He slumps unconsciously to the floor while the Weretiger goes in for the killing blow, which he misses.

Aeron swings his mace at the tiger for the opportunity attack: Attack: 16 Damage: 10

He then grits his teeth as Rizo goes down, "Hey, panther face! Off my friends." He says, activating his radiant consumption and swinging his mace again, before muttering a healing word at rizo as a bonus action:

Healing word: 12 hp

All creaturs within 10ft of aeron take 3 radiant at the start and end of their turns if they are still within the 10ft

Radiant Consumption is a Celestial Revelation, which takes a bonus action to activate. Do you want to do that, or heal Rizo? Also I know it's hard to keep track without a map, but I'm pretty sure Aeron would be catching either Revelry or Rizo in that radius of bright light/radiant damage.

"So he hates the fahr that much, does he?" Whistler thought, just as the weretiger pounced and Rizo went down. The bounty hunter raced toward his teammate right as Aeron's magic seemed to revive him.

"Hey, kitty, kitty, kitty!" he yelled mockingly toward the weretiger as he drew his shortsword. "You're DONE with him! I'm gonna shove this blade someplace you ain't EVAH gonna forget!"

He then swung his blade at his opponent, both as a feint and as a distraction.

MOVE: Whistler runs into melee with the weretiger
ACTION: Tthe sword swinging is a distraction to implement the Help action for Rizo

The weretiger shrugs off Aeron's physical attacks, seemingly still intent on killing Rizo, but when Whistler starts hollering, he turns his head for a split second, giving Rizo a moment of advantage.

Revelry aims her dagger at the weretiger's other shoulder.

Attack: 17 (+10 from guided strike if roll is below 10) Damage: 12 smite

A pulse of divine energy runs from Revelry's gauntlet to her dagger, and the blade sinks into the weretiger's skin as harmlessly as a needle. When she yanks the dagger out again, it grows barbs of lightning, rending the weretiger's flesh from within. He is starting to look quite haggard.

Rizo blinks back into consciousness, Aeron's muttering still ringing in his ears. It takes him a moment to grasp the situation around him from his new perspective on account of laying flat on the floor. He presses his shield into the floor in an effort to push himself up and channels primal energy from the forest floor through his wooden shield into his staff (BA Shillelagh). That was when he noticed Whistler harassing the Weretiger to great effect. That would be his chance. With a guttural shout, Rizo pushes himself to his feet and throws a vicious uppercut aimed at the Weretiger's chin. 

Attack: 24 Damage: 6 Magical Bludgeon damage

The weretiger's jaw snaps shut as Rizo's magical blow connects, causing one of his fangs to pierce his own lip. With Rizo back in action, the weretiger no longer seems sure of his victory.
