I believe that would mean you have 10 turns to finish all the fighting (not sure this is the olnly group) and hope a portal opens for Count. Otherwise Count goes back to free fall and I think even falling through a portal will make him splat! But at least you could collect his items that way!
I guess in twenty rounds (10 feather fall + 10 for the rest of the distance) we can finish this group and perhaps another one, after that it will be a tight call. And that only if teleporting out does help.
