Who wants healing kit healing  before hit dice?

Not sure, why would we want to save the hit dice? Nadir is 9 HP short of her maximum of 24.

No reason just checking, I used hit dice on Count 

Dolrik will gratefully accept a healing kit heal from someone with the healer feat!

And the loot can just go in the pile for now.

I think he's better off with a light or heavy crossbow, because we only have one hand crossbow and he can't use shields, right?

Nadir picks up the shortsword from the supply pile. I can try to use this and a dagger instead of a shield. 

(You guys let me know in round 1. I can use my action in round 1 to channel Twilight Sanctuary or use my action to Harness Divine Power to replenish a level 1 spell - presumably Bless. Bless wouldn’t come online until round 2, if I don’t Harness earlier. But if I Harness earlier, sure I could Bless in round 1 but Twilight Sanctuary is unavailable.)
