Seven more creatures pop into existence around you, going clockwise, evenly spaced, 40 ft apart, are a goblin, a giant wolf spider, a goblin gang member, Ghilda Duhn, two Gnoll witherlings, and a grey scavver. 

The order goes Dolrik, goblin, nadir, goblin gang member, Ghilda, yoku, count, Gnolls, grey scavver. However, Dolrik just went so we’ll pick up on the goblin. It fires its bow at Nadir, with a 21 to hit fir 3 damage. 

40 feet away? Nadir moves 10 feet towards the goblin with the bow and hurls a javelin.

Attack: 9 Damage: 6

(Bless gives you +1d4 to all attack rolls and saving throws.)

The giant wolf spider moves up to you all and bites at at at Dolrik with a 13 to hit. 
The goblin gang member shoots it’s light d crossbow at Nadir with an 18 to hit. 

Ghilda casts Sacred Flame targeting Toku. I need a dc12 dex save or you take 3 radiant damage.

Count is going to ride off towards the Grey scavver and try to hit it with Booming Blade, Sir Spits will disengage and hearing the call a out a spell caster start moving its direction.Attack: 6 plus bless 1 Damage: 9

That hits the skavver! The two gnolls move to count and attack him because he’s closest. 

The first one goes for Sir Spitz with a bite: 23 to hit for 3 necrotic damage, and its club misses. The second goes for count. Bite hits with a 20 for 6 piercing damage, and the club misses. The scavver follows after count, taking 8 damage from the booming blade, and bites at him with a 16 to hit for 6 damage. Dolrik is up!

Two things:

I entered the wrong damage adder for Count so damage should only be 7

Count will use his protective fighting style and use his reaction to impose disadvantage to the attack against Sir Spitz.
