By my accounts, here is the groups spare inventory: Dagger, Scimitar x3, Light Crossbow (13 Bolts), 4 Javelins, pick axe, Leather Armor x2, and a Camel
Gold: 15sp (though I feel like I missed some cp along the way)
Is it time for a long rest or back to the arena? I might take the crossbow and hang towards the back if we press on (6HP and used my Hit Dice and Lay on hands already).
Dolrik is willing to use his +4 to Animal Handling and possibly help from someone to refine this creature to a mount during our downtime. Who would benefit the most from the movement speed? Can you guys think of strategies of how best to utilize a mount or mascot?
(To confirm, we’re all at 87 xp?)
I feel sorry for the camel to press it into service as a mount where it is exposed. I'm also not sure what we could use it for, but it would be nice to get something out of it. I just haven't got any idea, if anyone of you has some use feel free, or maybe we can just keep it around?

I'm ok either way. There really isn't any benefit in pressing on as far as I can tell. Nadir took the 4 Javelins to have a ranged option between the dagger and the two-handed crossbow. I think the DM said we could sell and buy items to some guard before or after long rests.
Sorry, I'm beginning to enter a vacation period and while I will try to check-in at least daily, I cannot promise that I will always be able to do so. From September 1, I should be back to normal.

Thank you for tracking this!
A long rest would be much appreciated. We need our Pally to be in good shape!
”Count, you’ve taken the brunt of these attacks. If we are to keep going without rest, I agree that you must stand down, though I know that the back lines is not where your heart is.”
Dolrik looks to the Count’s wounds then turns his head to the emptiness of the arena and shouts,
”RESPITE! If you wish a good show, you must give us some time to recover!”
While waiting for an answer from the ether, he looks back to the Count,
”How would you fancy having a camel as your mount?” A smile crosses Dolrik’s face and his bushy eyebrows flash upwards as he tries to comfort the wounded Paladin.
"Well I must say I am more accustom to being pulled in something I can sit in. But I'm sure given antiquate time, Sir Humpikins shall prove to be a valuable asset"

“Ha! That’s the spirit. Though I was keen on calling ‘em Spitz. So … Sir Spitz Humpikins it is!”
Dolrik will approach the aloof camel with another morsel from his rations and attempt to acclimate it to our “herd”. He’ll cast Guidance as well.
(Assuming some assistance, I’ll put forth an Animal Handling check and then let me know how many more might be needed before you would consider the training sufficient for mounting and controlling)
Nadir goes over to Dolrik and the Camel, helping him by petting it softly.

I don’t need any of the items in our shared inventory. Do we want to consider trading Sir Spitz Humpikins in if there is something for sale that is needed more desperately?)
Nadir waves away the question if she would need anything, "I've got all for now." But reconsidered quickly, "At some point, a nice set of Plate armour would be nice, though. When it is reasonably in the budget of course."
(Let's rest and see what waits for us in the morrow.)

After a quick re-read from page 1, I saw 15 cp and 3 sp (but I could have missed more).
Is there an audience throwing coin for spectacular hits, because I did see a smattering of those on both sides and I imagine the ultimate victors could collect the spoils?
Count Druman goes to the guards, "I believe you have orders to purchase items for us so long as we have the funds, here's 5 gold to purchase a healers kit, 5 gold for a pack saddle, 2 gp for bit and bridle."
Are we in a long rest? Just wanted to confirm before cleaning up count character sheet.
(Dolrik plans on keeping Detect Magic always on his prepared spell list. Because it’s a ritual, it doesn’t require the use of a spell slot. The idea is that he will cast it on items we acquire, not during battle but at least before we barter/sell them away.
BTW, what is the DM’s and party’s thoughts on the use of Ceremony, specifically Wedding? Theoretically, we could enter a polygamous marriage and all have +2 to our AC for the next 7 days. It’s kinda cheesy and Dolrik doesn’t have it prepared, but could have it at the end of a long rest.)

I’ll allow it.

Agreed. 10+Dex (unarmored) vs. 11+Dex prolly isn’t worth it for back-up.
