Nadir calms her horse that swayed for the sudden appearance of a bear and dwarf. She tries to stay close to the dwarf while harassing the bear with sword and dagger.
I also think it could be amusing if the DM wants to give us a magic items of their choosing, to replace an enemy (since you tend to roll for number of them) with a item that one of the other enemies uses. Might be a fun surprise we don't plan for based on monster description! It could even be a consumable that we don't get because they used it. A battle between yhe Ape and the witch would have been a completely different fight then against the Ape with a potion of haste!
I quite like that idea. I probably will use it at one point or another.

If I haven’t offended you, don’t worry. I’m sure I’ll get to you eventually.
(Assuming enemies will Dash for 60’, leaving them 15’ away from Dolrik with no actions left. First one to advance 15’ will trigger the Toll the Dead spell.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Sir Spitz will dash to make it the entire distance of the arena, Count will Bonus action cast Hunters Mark on the changling and then follow up with a GFB and swing at it (bigger target means more likely to hit!)
Attack: 7 Damage: 6 plus 3. If hit, 4 fire damage to the other (2 with resistance)

Attack: 14 Damage: 6 Attack: 19 Damage: 2
That’s a moderate sized cut to the bear. It retaliates by trying to bite and claw you! Attack: 10 Damage: 7
Attack: 6 Damage: 4
The dwarf comes in and chops twice at your horse with his handaxe. Attack: 13 Damage: 4 Attack: 16 Damage: 2

Both chitines charge forward (you’re facing two chitines, I told you the wrong thing earlier) and do indeed end 15 ft away. Save vs dc15 for TtD 5

That’s a pretty good hit. It’s bloodied now. The cackler swings it’s spiked chain at you. Attack: 23 Damage: 6
the changeling attacks twice with its dagger. Attack: 7 Damage: 5 Attack: 18 Damage: 5
Yoku (wakes up) concentrates on hunter's mark and moves it to the small fey, Boggle,
Longbow, Hunter's Mark Attack: 26 Damage: 17
That is a crashing blow to the boggle! It takes it within an inch of its life. Both it and the axe-biter move and dash towards you, and the boggle creates a dimension rift and steps through it to get to 10 ft from you.
You guys are up!

Bonus action: move the Spirit hammer 10’ forward to hit and hopefully finish off the wounded one. (Now 35’ from edge of arena.)
Attack: 14 Damage: 10
Movement: retreat 25’ to stand next to Rawrer.
Rawrer uses the Distract action against the approaching Chitine(s).
”This is it, boy. They’ll be on us in a second.” Dolrik laments that his other teammates aren’t here, knowing that the Spiritual Weapon will not be able to retreat far enough next round to be of assistance.

Doing much better against her new opponents, Nadir continues her fight with sword and dagger against the bear. Attack: 13 Damage: 6 Attack: 14 Damage: 2
If hit 4 fire damage to the other (2 with resistance)
Ooh! The changeling goes down and the fire burns the cackler a little more. The cackler casts Tasha’s Hideous Laughter on count. He needs to make a dc11 wisdom save or suffer the following effects:
A creature of your choice that you can see within range perceives everything as hilariously funny and falls into fits of laugher if this spell affects it. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or fall prone, becoming incapacitated and unable to stand up for the duration. A creature with an Intelligence score of 4 or less isn't affected. At the end of each of its turns, and each time it takes damage, the target can make another Wisdom saving throw. The target has advantage on the saving throw if it's triggered by damage. On a success, the spell ends.
If the Boggle goes down, Yoku uses his bonus action to move the Hunter's Mark to the Brughor Axe-Biter
Oh that definitely takes it down. In fact, it rips its head clean off. The axe-biter moves 30 ft towards you (now 10 ft away) and throws a javelin. Attack: 9 Damage: 9
Bonus action: move the Spirit hammer 10’ forward to hit and hopefully finish off the wounded one. (Now 35’ from edge of arena.)
Attack: 10 Damage: 6

If concentration is broken, Yoku will recast Hunter's Mark as a bonus action on the Brughor Ax-Biter, otherwise, he will just shoot an arrow,
While the axes do strike Nadir for some damage, luckily the bear doesn’t get through her defenses. She sends a shortsword stab at the dwarf and tries to finish off the bear with a well placed strike of her dagger.
