Huh, I thought I was using the Peregrin Character Sheet. I just remembered, I ended up having to delete that one when I joined yet another campaign.

I figured it out! I converted a homebrew barbarian tester to that rogue and forgot to reassign ability scores! (my highest score was in strength, and lowest in intelligence)

Actually, it doesn’t. Mounting or dismounting takes half of your movement speed.
