Zandir, still wincing in pain and breathing heavily says "He wants all of us, we attacked him. He does not let go of a slight such as that until all involved are dealt with. He is ruthless." He winces once more and clutches his side. "The captain gave the rest of the crew their payments and told them to find other work. Never come back to the Dragonfly, too dangerous he said. As for me I insisted on helping unload the boat and get it ready for sale. When suddenly he came, a seething anger in everything he said. I don't think he has ever felt so close to defeat before. The defeat you all brought to him before he vanished." He coughs as blood spews from his mouth. "I am sorry I don't know more. I don't know how to track him. Can you help me to an infirmary? I need to seek care for these wounds and rest...."
Rel shakes her head in frustration, her dark earrings brushing her cheek.
"We certainly need to get off this ship and report to the authorities as soon as we can. We can of course take you to an infirmary if we can find one, Zandir. But if Vrakath finds that we have taken you there, it sounds as if he will then kill you and anyone at the infirmary who tries to stop him."
As Rel looks around at her gathered companions, she takes some comfort, though she notices with worry that Tex is not visible.
"Perhaps Thren could heal you more fully? Either way, let us be going."
Zane heals Zandir for another 7 hitpoints. "OK, lets get you to the pier at least, but we need to report this to the Port Authorities before we leave, otherwise there will be looters or worse."
He spots Vale standing apart and quietly says to the others, "I'll take Vale with me to find the Port Authorities. That will help keep her busy as her own problems are put on hold for a bit. We will be back as soon as possible."
He walks up to Vale and says, "Could you help me, please? You were hired as a sailor by the Captain, so you must know your way around a dock. Have you noticed any officials walking around or what would be the most logical place to find them?"
"I agree lets find the port authorities. I am sure they will have something to say about pirates"says Bellamy with a look of a mixture of sadness and anger. He leaves the ship and looks around for any officers.
Seeing Bellamy and probably the others leave the ship, Tex joins them, “I was afraid someone might use this to get the jump on us, so I was looking out.” After listening what had occurred, he’d help Bellamy to locate port authority.

Sorry, I'm beginning to enter a vacation period and while I will try to check-in at least daily, I cannot promise that I will always be able to do so. From September 1, I should be back to normal.
Zandir, now looking far more healthy gets to his feet. "Wow, thank you. The magics you utilize are a miracle. Now let's get away from this ship, he could be back any moment for all we know."
Looking around outside for any sort of authority figure you do see a guard patrol every so often. This time of day their ranks are thin but they can be easily tracked down if you wish to speak with one of them.
"Hello. Name is Zane. I would like to report a murder of a ship's captain and possibly a robbery as well. The ship is," end he points to the Dragonfly, "there, named Dragonfly. We managed to save the life of a witness. He tells that we are in grave danger from the same attacker who promised to kill us all."
He looks appropriately scared and submissive, "What should we do next?"
The guard you speak to is a tall human woman. wearing armor with shades of blue and green, equipped with a large metal shield and a crossbow. "Murder you say? Point to the boat so that I may investigate the scene. Also you should report this to the Zhelezo station at the Marquis' office over there." She points to the marble building with the gold domed roof. "The Zhelezo inside will take your statement and any descriptions of the alleged assailant."
Bellamy points to the ship "That ship right there and I hope you find the captain's killer. We believe a Revelry Pirate named Vrakath killed the captain." He then describes Vrakath's appearence. "Alright everyone lets head to the Marquis Office"
Once everyone is ready he will walk to the Zhelezo station
Tex, riding atop Lizzy, followed the interaction with the guard silently. He hadn't seen anything himself and feels he has nothing informative to add. But then, on the way to the Marquis' office, he speaks up, "If we manage to sell the Dragonfly, do you think we could pay to resurrect the Captain? He was a good man, he doesn't deserve this end." He pauses, "Also, Vrakath found him because he advertised selling the ship and Vrakath is still looking for us. If we do the same, that is trying to sell the ship, perhaps, we can lure Vrakath into a trap or at least fight him on our terms instead of risking him to show up in the most inopportune moment. And alternatively, if Vrakath doesn't show and we can sell the ship, we might be able to bring the Captain back."

"Captain Flame on Water was indeed a good tabaxi and died protecting our location." Rel looks more sad than angry.
She had not even thought of the idea of resurrection. She still clutches the lone Raven's feather. Somehow, I do not think my patron would approve of it.
"I like your idea, Tex. But Vrakath did not strike me as stupid. He said he would not underestimate us again. If he sees us waiting for him aboard the Dragonfly, he is going to find allies or some other unknown advantage to tilt the fight towards him, whereas he already knows many of our capabilities."
She pauses. "Still, it is not as if I have any better ideas. If we pursue our other lead with the crate... I can disguise myself magically. I was vindictively going to change my appearance to Vrakath's so that if I am seen, he (with his distinctive look) might be blamed. It is hardly a solution, though."
(Rel would only say most of this out of earshot of the guard.)
“You’re Right. He isn’t stupid. Even if it looks like only one or two of us are on board to sell the ship, and, perhaps, he sees an opportunity, we could still do nothing to stop him from just blinking away at the first sight of danger.” Tex considers Rel’sother idea, “Hum, impersonating him might make his life here in the city more difficult, so that could be a good idea. If his mobility is limited, it will be harder for him to sneak up on us.”

Zane says, "Do you recall if, when he disappeared in the end, cast a spell or otherwise needed to make a sound? Because I believe I've found a way to stop anything sound-related."
The guard grips her shield and jaunts to the Dragonfly following your direction. You can tell the sense of urgency to such a claim as murder.
You all finish the short trek to the Office of the Marquis, you see looming before you a massive round white marble building with a golden domed roof. A wide stone path leads to the bottom of a gigantic statue of a hooded, armored woman sitting atop a throne of pillars. The pillars themselves form the entrance to the first floor of the building where double gilded doors sit open.
Bellamy looks up to the grand architecture and statue. "This is art and definitely a sign of wealth."He then walks through the entrance and looks for someone that can record what they found.
Tez tries to recall if he has ever heard of depictions of a hooded, armoured woman that might sit on a throne of pillars (History: 7). "Agreed. And a statement of power and authority."

Rel listens and watches, looking appropriately concerned. She starts to describe Vrakath but then stops herself, deciding she can do so if asked.
She tries to envision one or two guards patrolling the port attempting to apprehend the green man and doesn't imagine it going very well.
