Val turns into a wolf and chases after the creature. With his advanced wolf speed he gets to 11Q. All of you know the location of the creature based on sound. You just can't see it due to darkness and architecture (Total cover?). Can you please explain why everyone is trying to track it or search for it?
Skiirod runs over to Q5. He uses his divine sense and feels a sensation unlike any before. It's not heavenly bells nor a foul odor. Instead, it feels like the cacophony of 20 rusted bells being rung with rusty hammers without any sense of harmony. The creature is at 16P (Map 2).
"I can't see a thing! Someone throw me that bloody torch!!" (Folkis angry not me just to be clear :) but also am completely useless without the torch....)

I think Gym should be able to make it to the torch and throw it on this turn, so he will attempt to do so. I'm not sure if its Athletics (17)or Acrobatics (8)

Jumping the fence is Athletics. Throwing something doesn't take any rolls unless you want to hit something. In this case, you are tossing it at Folki using long range but not trying to hit him so no rolls you just succeed.
Folki, roll DC10 DEX to catch the torch.
Gym runs past Elsara and jumps over the fence. He picks up the torch and throws it at Folki. (Gym is now at 1R Map-2)

I think with a dash I should be able to get to about Q-28, so Elsara will move to there.

(Round 2) Assuming Gendan made it to 25M in Round 1 because I miscalculated and dashed 35 ft previously. She will continue her run to R3.
If she can see the enemy,
she will cast a Hex on him, then cast Eldritch Blast. Attack 15 Damage 10 Force and 2 Necrotic
If not,
she will dash to Q9. If she is able to see the enemy now, then she will cast her Hex.
