(There are three ways to go once you leave the forge, north, west, and south. Once Leek heads in one or decides to remain in the room, Katerielle will head in one of the other directions, preferably not west.)
(Well, then, it will have to be persuasion checks from Elila and Katerielle (group check between the two of them) versus a persuasion check from Leek to see where Rindelk and Kitryn go.
UGH, Leek is not a charisma character and will most likely be heading on his own!
Rindelk, I have lived a long time and know what evil is and what needs to be done to it. It seems our group wishes to protect evil. Come with me if you wish destroy evil or go with them if you wish to sleep with it. Persuasion: 18
Kitryn, will you come with me, a teammate that has always been there for you, or will you go with the Goliath and risk that she will cowardly hide during battle and will leave you to your fate? Persuasion: 9
Katerielle will look at the last two members of the group. "I already stated my objections to continuing to work with the gnome. You both have been witnesses to all that has happened. I find attempts to influence your own choice through emotional coercion, false logic, or misrepresentation to be beneath us. Make your own choices freely."
Persuasion Rindelk 4, Kitryn 11
(disregard the die rolls if you feel as I do that Katerielle isn't really trying to persuade anyone.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Elila shrugs, "If you wish to travel with a backstabbing liar, it's up to you. He will betray you at the slightest turn." she is unconcerned with the actions of a gutless worm.

"............anybody got any potatoes? We could drop a potato in each hole an' see which ones get viciously mauled by horrible monsters?"
Kitryn walks to stand with Elila and Katerielle, but Rindelk, ever writing in his book, walks over to Leek and asks, "How do you identify what you need to bleed?"
(I'm going to try to keep the pace between the two groups the same. So when Leek makes his next move, I'll move Kat and crew about the same distance towards the North West.)
Leek and Rindelk stay at the top of the stair and Rindelk's familiar flies into the cavern to scout. Watching through his familiar's eyes, Rindelk narrates what he sees with the practiced ease of an experienced author...
Glittering minerals in the ceiling of this large cavern catch the light and send it back to create the impression of a starry night sky. Dozens of skeletons—many crushed under fallen debris—are scattered across the floor.
The cave is large enough that it contains two freestanding structures. Each of these stone buildings is proportioned for human use, as opposed to the dwarf-sized doorways and furnishings you’ve seen elsewhere in the mines. Both structures have battered and blackened masonry walls, their double doors cracked and scorched. The cavern is divided by an escarpment, into which a flight of stairs has been cut. Passages lead out of this area to the north, south, and west.
Once the three of them are away from the noise Katerielle will pull them all aside to ask the what kind of formation they wish to use. "I do not have a lot of offensive spells, but I do have healing. I think I should go to the bow instead of changing into an animal as I can not heal you two while in animal form. Do we want Elila to take the lead and Kitryn to drop back and sneak in behind us to try and get a stealthy attack on an opponent, or do we want Kitryn to stelthfuly scout and then we go in? I prefer the first, scouts tend to suddenly go missing and you left wasting time trying to figure out if something got them. You end up either blundering in messing up their job because things got complicated or showing up too late." Katerielle will whisper to the group.
Also, is the map accurate to the description? I don't see the exit to the west? And I only see one free-standing structure.
Can the familiar fly through the cracks in the double doors?
If so I ask him to send it there. If not, I ask if he can send his familiar south east (past the doors, there seems to be a slight area that is uncovered.)

Elila waits calmly, she will give Katerielle backup as usual.

"Let's go finish the mission. I'll be able to explain it all to you. Centuries of research..."
We both head south
Leek leads Rindelk south to a set of stairs. Below is another cavern with another structure.
(Katerielle, Elila and Kitryn go where?)
I think the only place we didn't go was the corner in the North West. We'll go past the river and through the gorge to grandma's house we go.

No worries, just giving a general outline of destination.
We're not traveling haphazardly either, same normal caution. Ready for a scrap anytime.

Yes. Back north the way we came back to where we found the other dwarf body with the gauntlets. Then across and north west tunnel.
