MEEPO shivering from the icy blast, will back out of the room to the south wall in the column-filled room. He then cast a Cure Wounds on himself. (Heal 8 pts) He feels better even if there is a bit of a chill on him. He then says, "Ize dontz thinkz Calcryx wantz tooz comez wiz meez."
ERKY quickly moves over next to PORTIA, "It couldn't hurt." He gives the Rogue a bit of Resistance. "By the way, I don't think this Dragon is all too bright. His speech is limited," the Gnome says.
Glynt will offer some encouragement to inspire (Bonus Action) Xanth "That Dragon ain't isn't anywhere near as big as it's attitude problem, I think it needs to be taken down a peg or two and Xanth, you're the man to do it".
You now have a 1d6 inspiration die that you can choose to add to Any 1 roll for the next 10 mins. You can add it after you have rolled your initial roll, but it has to be before the DM says if it hit or not.
He will then hold his action to fire his short bow at the Dragon, firing when either it attacks or one of his teammates attacks it first.

Portia will, being in melee, bonus action disengage, and head through the door they came through (I'm on mobile, please move me). She continues to dodge as an action. "We might be able to get it back to the kobolds simply by getting it to follow us up. That way we keep our promise. And there is all the kobolds to help subdue it."
XANTH recognizes that CALCRYX wants to kill MEEPO, and it is intent on doing so.
ROUND THREE
MEEPO likes the idea and follows PORTIA but stops at the door inside the Goblin Pantry.
ERKY touches the Dwarf, "Good Dwarf, in case you need this." (ERKY gives RAGDOR a bit of Resistance.)
But seeing PORTIA move by him and back into the Goblin Pantry. He then notices the White Dragon at the door just a few feet away. He really doesn't know fully why but thinks following PORTIA may be a good idea. He moves into the Goblin Pantry. (Deep down he really knows the reason. He doesn’t want to be maimed and frozen by a White Dragon.)
(Xanth, Ragdor, and Glynt can take actions before Calcryx.)
Follow lady Portia and Meepo into the pantry to help provide cover if the wyrm should get too close and maybe help coax it along if it starts to loose interest...

Glynt moves further away from the group stop avoid being bunched up, he continues waiting with a readied action to fire an arrow at the dragon if a fight breaks out (rolling again as it's a new round).

CALCRYX moves through the door around the columns and tries to bite MEEPO through the pantry door. ATT 14 DMG 7 + 2 Cold.
(The White Dragon seems to be intent on getting at MEEPO. GLYNT would hit the Dragon in Round Three, if you choose to do so. XANTH would miss his Round Two action. But it would be XANTH and PORTIA's actions. I will hold MEEPO and ERKY to see what happens. But feel free to post your Round Four actions as well.)
Portia will continue to dodge while heading back. If she was bigger, she would pick Meepo up and run, but she is not so she just dashes away (50ft movement. And still taking the dodge action due to rogue bonus action dash)
