"It seems to be coming with us just by Meepo leading it. It isn't the ideal solution, but if we keep Meepo ahead of it, we can hopefully lead it back to the kobolds without any casualties, from us or it. And the kobold warriors can help subdue it."
I try to move between Meepo and the wyrm as we move back, trying to block any attacks toward him. Meepo keep it's attention with cantrips if you can but use me for cover.
CALCRYX moves and misses his attack against MEEPO.
XANTH and the Skeleton attack the White Dragon as it passes.XANTH hits CALCRYX.The Skeleton misses.
PORTIA continues to move away from the action with the hope that CALCRYX will follow.
XANTH on the otherhand strikes a critical blow against the White Dragon. The Skeleton misses.
ROUND FOUR
MEEPO is confused by the situation and really doesn't have an appropriate cantrip. But self-preservation can be a motivator when it is clear that CALCRYXwants MEEPO dead. MEEPO disengages and head to the room with PORTIA.
ERKY is confused as well. But is somewhat more resolute as to what to do. He has an idea. He steps toward the White Dragon and hurls a vial of oil at the creature. ATT 19
RAGDOR was able to stay stationary as MEEPO moved past the Dwarf Cleric.
"Someone stabilize it please and I will carry it back as agreed. But Meepo this creature has a mind of his own I would suggest killing it or freeing it near your enemy's. Keeping it will only end in Kobalt deaths."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
XANTH asks for help to stabilize Calcryx.
RAGDOR comes over to help. (I do not see "Spare the Dying" as a prepared cantrip. This is not a ritual spell.)
MEEPO doesn't have this either and he doesn't want to wake up Calcryx by using a Healing spell. "OOh goodz. Calcryx bestez thiz waze." With RAGDOR'sassistance MEEPO will try to stabilize the White Dragon. Medicine Check 13
ERKY, peaks through the door and sees the party trying to stabilize the White Dragon, "Seriously! You are trying to save it."
MEEPO looks sharply at ERKY, "Calcryx importanz tooz mize peoplz."
ERKY says, "OK. OK. It just not a really good idea. You know it will grow and eat all your people one day."
In the meantime, PORTIA, goes into the Trophy Room for a look about. It appears that the wyrmling has scoured the room and gathered all items of worth into a nest she made behind the table. The valuables include a dragon-shaped, jade figurine (worth 20 gp), a crystal goblet (5 gp), and twenty-four pieces of fine silverware (1 gp each).
Of particular note is a sealed scroll case carved of bone, carrying an inscription in the Dwarvish. She shows the scroll case to RAGDOR. He looks at it and reads the word “Khundrukar.”
(I have updated the map battle to logical positions. I will wait for Glynt to catch up with the situation.)
"Someone stabilize it please and I will carry it back as agreed. But Meepo this creature has a mind of his own I would suggest killing it or freeing it near your enemy's. Keeping it will only end in Kobalt deaths."
(Unfortunately, there is no amount of Persuasion or Inspiration that will persuade Meepo to not want to return Calcryx to his people. He simply ignores everyone's urgings.)
MEEPO will simply say again, "Calcryx importanz tooz mize peoplz."
Portiais wanting to return him/them/it. They made a promise and she has seen too many promises broken in her life. And at the end of the day, it isn't really going to be a threat to her as far as she suspects. The bigger it grows, the harder it will be for it to leave this place
RAGDOR, opens the case and finds an old parchment is within. Age and water damage have destroyed most of it, but a short message in Dwarvish remains: “… the remaining few. By order of Durgeddin the Black, we have created a secret dwarven redoubt. None shall find us; however, …”
RAGDOR will know that Durgeddin the Black was a patriarch of one of the Dwarven clans. The scroll may have value to those at the Mithral Hall.
Thank ya Lady Portia, we'll see what the brothers at Mithral Hall can make of it., So, we hauling this thing back, or taking a short rest here while Meepo runs back to get his folks to come get it?

XANTH and the Skeleton attack the White Dragon as it passes. XANTH hits CALCRYX. The Skeleton misses.

RAGDOR was able to stay stationary as MEEPO moved past the Dwarf Cleric.
(GLYNT's turn and then White Dragon again. )
The clay vial breaks on the White Dragon covering it with oil.
(BTW- If Glynt want to take his last rolls to attack Calcryx, that is fine with me as that is a held action.)
In ROUND THREE Glynt was waiting for a fight to break out so if Xanth hit it he would have released his arrow in support: (Attack: 19 // Damage: 8)
For Round 4 Glynt will continue with the Short Bow attacks:
Attack: 24
Damage: 3
He will also suggest to his compatriots "If someone has a flame attack, then it's time to light him up"
GLYNT's arrows were enough to finish XANTH's attacks. CALCRYX falls unconscious.
(Now what?)
"Someone stabilize it please and I will carry it back as agreed. But Meepo this creature has a mind of his own I would suggest killing it or freeing it near your enemy's. Keeping it will only end in Kobalt deaths."
Persuasion = 12 + inspiration 6 = 18
I cast spare the dying, that'll stabilize it.
(Do we want to go back or search this place out?)
"Well that was a lot easier than I was anticipating. I thought it would be a lot harder to knock out."
Portia does want to go search the room that the dragon was in. Investigation (assuming help and guidance): 26

Khundrukar, mean anything me? History roll 13+2=15

MEEPO will say, "Weez needz to takez Calcryx to Yusdrayl."
