Ozymandias roars at the Hobgoblin, unsure whether this will be enough to persuade them to go away. Not wanting to blow his cover because he doesn't know Goblin, Ozymandias stands there and tries to look intimidating.
One of the hobgoblins steps forward, speaking-- more squeaking -- in Goblin. You don't understand most of it, but you get the gist: "Mighty Maglubiyet! What are you doing here?"
He switches to Common halfway through, shocked by the presence of his god. "Would you like this elf as your sacrifice?"
Ozymandias shakes his head disapprovingly at the hobgoblin. Then, he beckons the whole raiding party to follow him, and disappears back into the trees; trying to lead them away from his friends and the elf.
As you dash off into the trees, the hobgoblin cocks his head slightly. As he disappears out of view, you see that he is talking among some of the other hobgoblins in their own language, which sounds like a sharply-worded sequence of orders. Ozymandias gets a while into the trees, then realizes that they aren't following him.
As soon as Ozymandias realizes that the raiding party isn't following him, he loops back around to the rest of the party, a questioning look on his face. "What do we do now? I don't think they fell for it."
“There are too many to attack head first! At least you delayed the execution. Maybe if we all charge them they will flee and scatter. You stay in your God form”
Ozymandias counts down, and then your group charges up the hill, ready to put an end to this cruel execution. About a minute later, you burst out of the trees, screaming and shouting like madmen, as you sprint towards the group of hobgoblins. The wicked light glowing off of Ozymandias is enough to convince them that he is their god, and some scream and run away, while others grovel before him. "What have we done, o Mighty Maglubiyet?" one screams. "What do you wish from us, Invincible Warrior?"
Tristan just watches everything as his companions prepare for the charge gripping his sword and shield "Charge it is." he says to his companions preparing to charge in with them.
They don't get a chance for a response as Ozymandias bellows. They scamper away towards the forest and the mountain above, leaving you standing there with a trembling elf. He looks up at you, grateful for being saved but terrified of the giant hobgoblin standing before him.
"Don't worry," Ozymandias says to the elf, "we're here to help you."
Ozymandias, still in the form of a giant god, terrifies the elf even more. He scrambles backwards, slowly backing away from you. Holding his palms out, he shrieks, "Don't come any closer!"
OOC: Did Thurimar just cast disguise self on me, or did he also cast Thaumaturgy?
OOC: I casted both to make the effect more believable
The hobgoblins turn to look up at this strange figure. "Who're you?" one grunts.
