Tristan just stares in bewilderment as the new arrivals go charging in “I guess we charge?” He says as Thorne launches an arrow and he draws his sword raising his shield as he charges.
Thorne and Ozymandias immediately retreat quietly into the bushes as Karrius and Titanus slay the hobgoblin. Tristan stands there for a few moments, then charges as your elven guide disappears down the hill. Thurimar stands in the brush where he was, partly hidden.
After a few minutes of waiting, you realize that the torches aren't approaching the three standing goblin-killers. The three instinctively move up the hill a bit, trying to gain ground. The paladin and the two others move stealthily, in case someone is sneaking up on them. But they didn't anticipate that someone would attack from the air. Staying hidden in the trees, hobgoblin arrows rain down on the three visible fighters. As this happens, a group of four or five hobgoblins jumps out from the trees, ready to attack their wounded opponents.
(OOC: Rolling one attack against Karrius, Titanus, and Tristan)
The hobgoblins charge at you as another hail of arrows falls, missing the now wary group. Thorne and Ozymandias charge out of the brush, standing next to their friends as the hobgoblins approach. Steel clashes against steel as a goblin locks blades with Titanus.
I activate my rage and swing my great-greataxe at the closest hobgoblin. I use both reckless attack (I gain advantage on attack rolls this turn but other creatures have advantage attacking me) and savage attacker (if I hit I gain advantage on damage on one attack)
DC: 19, Damage: 19
If that hits, I use the Greataxe mastery (Cleave) to swing at the next closest hobgoblin

Clashing blades with a hobgoblin, Titanus then jumps out of the way, cleaving the hobgoblin as it falls forward. Grabbing the hobgoblin and crushing the life out of it with a maniacal rage, he swings the blade a second time, missing a second hobgoblin.
