Drazzim laughs. "See? I left you a present." He says to his now glaive-wielding companion. He then hacks and hews at the leader of these kuo-toa in an attempt to take them down.
Greataxe vs. Kloogut:16 vs. AC. Hit:20 slashing damage.
Utar swings at the last standing grunt, but the Kuo-Toa manages to raise its shield in time despite a net restraining its movement. Utar's warhammer slows down quickly against the shield (Utar needs to make a {DC 11} STR saving throw or have its weapon stuck to the shield).
Drazzim's greataxe comes down at Kloogut once more, this time slashing the fishman's shoulder (cumulative damage to Kloogut: 34).

(OOC: I'm rolling another attack for Rose, as her poke at Kuo-Toa#4 has advantage. A 13 just hits, but this is just in case you get a Nat20: 24... So close!).
Rose circumvents her restrained foe (reaching K29), stabbing it as she goes (cumulative damage to Kuo-Toa#4: 16). The roguish gnome pokes at its back, aiming at a lung if not the heart. The fishman feels a sharp pain in its mid section, forcing it to drop its shield, which just failed to trap Utar's warhammer. It maintains its grip on its spear however.
Darrius strafes slightly to his right, letting loose another arrow (I hope you are keeping track of them!) towards the next foe. The arrow travels underneath Graxx's extended arms and above Drazzim's head. It scratches Kloogut's forehead before sinking into the wet wall behind the tribe leader (cumulative damage to Kloogut: 38).
The tribesfish will gather some blood from the recent cut in its forehead and draw a quick symbol in the wet wall behind it: "MAUNECH LIL' NAUT KU'NAL!" (It is recasting bane on Graxx and Drazzim, who need to make a {DC 12} CHA saving throw).
It will then run north (B37) hoping that bane will help it avoid any incoming attacks (both Graxx and Drazzim may attempt attacks of opportunity if they are willing to use their reactions for this round. If you elect to do so, make sure to roll you CHA saving throw first, and then the appropriate debuff die on the attack roll if you fail the save).
Graxx will use glaive in an opportunity attack against Kloogut: Attack 10 Slashing Damage: 10
If possible, Graxx would like to hold his action and movement until Drazzim moves up and when he does Graxx will attack Kloogut again with the Glaive. Attack 21 Slashing Damage: 11
Graxx will then charge past Drazzim, dropping Drazzim's glaive at Drazzim's feet. Graxx will then charge open handed and attempt to grapple Kloogut.
(OOC @Graxx: Normally, you can ready an action but not your movement. What you can do, however, is walk past an ally's square. So you could walk past Drazzim and end up in square D37, take your turn as normal, and leave C37 open for Drazzim to do something similar, if that's what he has planned. Map below should help visualize this).
Graxx's attempts to slash Kloogut once again but the Kuo-Toa leader is gone before the barbarian can finish his swing. Graxx drops the weapon and follow in pursuit, reaching his enemy (C37) and trying to bear-hug it (Kloogut's athletics contested check: 12). The Kuo-Toa seems too slippery for Graxx to get a good hold on it.
(Cato's turn is still up. Drazzim needs to make a CHA saving throw and may take an attack of opportunity).
Cato dashes into the tunnel, managing to step around Kloogut to close its access to the deeper part of the caverns (Cato is at B38).
KUO-TOA'S TURN:
The surviving grunt seems to realize its time is near and is resolute to go down fighting. Once again ignoring the net trapping it, it grips its spear with both hands, blade pointing backwards. It thrusts its weapon back, aiming at the gnome it can only see with the corner of its eyes.
Kuo-Toa#4 spear (two-handed melee attack with disadvantage) vs. Rose: Attack: 5Damage: 6
(Updated initiative order after Kuo-Toa#4's turn):
INITIATIVE ROUND 5:
23. Darrius (G29) 17. Kloogut (B37) - concentrating on bane. 15. Cato (B38) 14. Graxx (C37) - affected by bane. 9. Kuo-Toa#1; Kuo-Toa#2; Kuo-Toa#3; Kuo-Toa#4 (J29); Kuo-Toa#5. - Kuo-Toa#4 is restrained. 5. Drazzim (H36); Utar (J30) - Drazzim may be affected by bane. 4. Rose (K29)
Despite the valiant effort, Kuo-Toa#4's fight comes to an end as Utar's warhammer cracks its sternum with one last blow. It falls to the ground, still covered by a wet net (cumulative damage to Kuo-Toa#4: 28 -> DEAD).
(Rose, Drazzim, and Darrius are still up for a post).

Charisma Saving Throw:6
Opportunity Attack:9 vs. AC. Hit: 20 slashing damage.
"Gah, yer pesky magics!"He sees Grax in his way, dropping the glaive. "Oh, I see how it is!"He shouts, dropping his greataxe in favour of picking up the glaive. He chases after the two of them (D37 I guess) and slashes with the reacquired polearm.
Glaive vs. Kloogan:22 vs. AC. Hit:14 slashing damage.
Edit: forgot the bane on the glaive attack. New attack roll should be 14 vs. AC.
The spear flies through the narrow tunnel, narrowly missing Graxx, Drazzim, and Kloogut. A dangerous throw for sure!
Drazzim and Graxx notice that as they go further into this tunnel, its walls begin showing a layer of wetness, as well as getting closer together.
(Kuo-Toa#4’s turn is next)
Kuo-Toa#4 will simply attack Utar, who is standing right next to it and looking like he has seen better days.
Kuo-Toa#4 spear (one-handed melee attack with disadvantage) vs. Utar: Attack: 5
Damage: 4(Drazzim, Utar, Rose, and Darrius are up).
Utar swings his hammer towards Kuo-Toa 4 after seeing it's spear attack glance off his shield.
Attack (assuming that the net is still restraining it, with advantage) - Attack: 12 Damage: 8
Drazzim laughs. "See? I left you a present." He says to his now glaive-wielding companion. He then hacks and hews at the leader of these kuo-toa in an attempt to take them down.
