Jaeajo turns to his companions to quietly ask, Anyone sense anything about the frog? The woman is mad as a hatter. And anyone know who or what Urgala is?
Sniva chimes in"Madam I am Sniva a study of the arcane. Give us a moment if you will."
As the group steps back a bit for privacy he continues,"Mmmm, it is likely a familiar for the wizard. What's odd is that they are not appearing to be friendly towards one another. That seems most peculiar and odd. There could be more to that than meets the eye. Arden, can you sense anything from the wizard and frog/toad?"

Ooc - Will use Divine Sense and stay within range of the wizard/familiar. Maybe they took some shrooms and are acting weird, lol. I would like to roll a nature check to see if Arden knows the effects of the different fungi growing nearby.
Nature: rolled a 6 on beyond (using the app)
Unrelated: Did we ever take a short rest or someone else healed Arden? Just so I know his current HP is accurate.
"Aye... Let me see what I can find." Arden hummed thoughtfully to himself as he took his shield and raised it to channel Lathander's light. A wave of soft sunlight rippling outwards before returning to him.
Cleggor is pleased that they moved away from the spoiled water, and he has no will to tangle with some horrible creature like an aboleth. He looks on with interest at the crazy wizard and her pet toad, that seems something quite different. “This Urgala, not sure if I know ‘em. Can you describe Urgala to us? By the way, have you had anything to eat ma’am? You look positively peak-ed. Perhaps ya get some good grub in your stomach, feel much better. Ole Cleggor (thas me) can whip up a veritable feast for you ifn you wish. In exchange, maybe we can have some of those plants around here, the funguses and mushrooms and whatnot. Don’t let anyone say that I’m not a fun-gi. Get it!” Cleggor tries a different tack to get on her good side.
Meanwhile he has Ollie fly and scope out what is around the corner, then return to him.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Jaeajo enjoys the short rest and at its conclusion plays a rousing song to give strength and confidence to his party members. (Bolstering Performance, up to 10 temp hp for up to 6 people nearby). He keeps a close eye on the frog that is a fiend. He engages in conversation with the woman wizard so long as doing so does not cause her or the frog distress.

Darribeth Meltimer comments, "Sure take what ya need. Just be careful some of it can have some mind-altering properties. I'd be careful looking around too. Just saying. Here is a picture of my sweetie Urgala She lives in Triboar. Mmmm Probably 8-10day caravan ride there and same time back to Waterdeep."
"Ah....A pleasure to have another of the arcane arts around. I'd like to off you Sniva a chance to copy some of my spells if you take me home to my Urgala."
First, you come to the next cavern
Crossroads
The ceiling of this 30-foot-high cavern is studded with stalactites, and the floor is so uneven that it counts as difficult terrain. A search of the cavern reveals nothing dangerous or valuable.
Going north from the crossroads the familiars spot signs of Drow in the area and back track. From the crossroads Cleggor stay put and just has ollie scout ahead. The three caverns Southeast are also Drow infested. South from the crossroads is Bats Lottttts of bats and glimpses of Drow and other creatures bigger.

The Frog wanders off thing vanishes and disappears for good.
The group enjoy Jaeajo's performance.
OOC - please not the extra THP on your sheets. Do you take the crazy wizard back to her wife Urgala?

Jaeajo has no concerns about another joining their party and says so to Darribeth. He does ask her, "What are your offensive capabilities, ma'am? We seem to frequently find ourselves in fisticuffs and worse with the various inhabitants in these here parts." As to their path, bats seem like a better bet than drow, but he could be persuaded otherwise.
Cleggor nods and says "Aye, that sounds fine ta me." when she asks if she can accompany to leave and head back to Triboar. "Have you seen any of those drow? I heard they are rough fighters. Perhaps we should just go on by the bats and move along. I agree there. Maybe I can talk to 'em." Cleggor readies his staff to cast speak with animals and animal friendship if needed...

Sniva chimes in, "Ahhhh, I get your meaning and I have the solutions for all. This will be fun, perhaps. See we backtrack to skull port. Find our TP ring wizard gal and get back to Waterdeep see. We grab a rest and get an 8 to 10 day caravan the next day to Triboar. Meet up with Urgala and make our way back with the returning caravan. How does that sound. Glad you let me join ya, ey?
OOC - This is expedited to Waterdeep. Gain a level there with the long rest for fights here so far. IF everyone is ok with the request to deliver Darribeth to Triboar?
In Waterdeep you will be hired on as caravan guards to ride the front wagon and rear wagon, just the 4 of ya. Darrabeth will be recovering in a wagon and The alchemist leaves you, but thanks you.
The Yawning portal can put you and you can offload your items to your buyer as well who pays you stays while in her employ.
Sniva looks you all over, "How about it folks. In for a copper in for a Platinum?
The alchemist nods and heads back to his cavern spot to consider his next options.
Cleggor is okay with delivering Darrabeth to Triboar… or if the group consensus is to continue he’s okay with that as well. “What do ya know about those Drow in the passages beyond? Will they just shoot ya on sight? Any talkin to ‘em?”

She nods toe Cleggor,"Nasty bunch and they just got here not too long ago. If I was in my right mind or is it left...Well either way I'd be doing more about em. The whole cavern stinks so you know there is more to just them Drow and they're all bickering and putting their chests out. Someone will have to manage to figure out who they want to come out on top here or just leave em be and move on. Haaa, if you can negotiate half a lick maybe talk into leaving you alone. Who knows. Let's get going."

OOC - Everyone gets a short rest here.
Just before the short rest your divine sense let's you know the Toad is a fiend (Most likely a Quasit). Nothing noted from anyone else.
I sent info on the fungi to the PM thread for the group. Let me know there if you have any other questions or want to use them in Alchemical stuff.
