The party is able to sneak up without any issues with Fenric's magical stealth. Slipping through the trees they come to the perfect ambush spot. The lizardfolk completely caught unawares.
[[ any adjustments to where I placed you; let me know did place you slightly further back (though still within move and then 60ft range) just fitting with a possible hiding spot that was pre-drawn, but considering your characters would have had better sight knowledge of the land as they approached, good with any adjustments / arguments for a different start spot would say there'd be enough brush/etc. that I simply didn't draw for Fenric to use Mask of the Wild to get closer still stealthed without a tree blocking sight if he wants ]]

Lyra gazes at each of her companions in turn, confident and smiling as ever. Once sure all are ready, she whispers, putting her dark harmonica to her lips.
"Yet my words As silent raindrops fell Echo in the wells Of Silence."
As she inhales rather than exhales through the instrument and gestures gracefully, there is a strange subsonic sensation like air leaving a pair of lungs, and everyone feels their eardrums pop. With a nod of satisfaction, she steps back away from the tree and drops to her stomach on the forest floor.
Action: Lyra casts and concentrates on Silence. 40' Diameter sphere, centered on the grid-point 15' west of Mr. Pan Flute, and at the height of his face above the ground. So the AoE's eastern boundary is at the edge of the tree just behind him and the western boundary is 35' west of him. There is no visible indication of the spell effect's boundary, so Lyra's hope is that Mr. Pan Flute will not know that by moving, say, south, he could escape the area.
(See the large yellow circle on the edited battle map below - hopefully I got it right!)
Bonus Action: None
Movement: Lyra steps 5' northwest and drops prone, still behind cover from the tree to her east (ranged attacks on her have disadvantage).
The party is behind a huge (15-ft) tree. There's one Large (10-ft) tree between the party's position and Pan Flute lizardman. There's a small (5-ft) tree in between, 25-ft SE of the party's huge tree and 10-ft W of the large tree.
On the round before we start the attack, Zephyr would cast Sanctuary on YugJug and then move to that small tree. On the round where we start the attack, you should have Fenric where Zephyr was on your map (or even a little closer, like to the SW of the huge tree), and Zephyr should be just to the NW of the small (5-ft) tree and 15-ft up in the air. That should keep Zephyr within 30-ft Fenric, but I think that the trees still obscure him from the lizardfolk. The small tree would be directly between him and the Longbow lizardman, and the large (10-ft) tree mostly blocks his view of the Pan Flute Lizardman and is directly between him and the lizardman who is in a tree and closer to the road.
Round 1: Zephyr
With his little shield in hand and his [Tooltip Not Found] affixed to his arcane rod, Zephyris practically vibrating in place in anticipation of the fight. He watches back to his NW until he sees Lyra begin to cast her spell. Feeling a sensation like his ears popping when he lets himself drop from too great a height, Zephyr can't help but let out an anxious giggle, "Hee hee hee," as he zips through the air to his northwest, coming out from behind his tree. Zephyr aims down the length of his rod, and a beam of blue-white light shoots from the hollow end of the rod at the lizardman. Then Zephyr flies over to the large tree just south of him to try to keep out of sight.
Movement: Use 30-ft of movement, flying. Zephyr flies from the NW of the Small tree and about 15-ft to the E-by-NE to get an unobstructed shot at the Pan Flute lizardman. After he casts his spell, he uses the rest of his movement to fly to the NW side of the Large (10-ft) tree that's just outside the AoE of Lyra'sSilence and a little higher. If there's a branch around 20-ft high, he'll land on the branch. Otherwise, he hovers close to the tree trunk. Altitude: +20-ft at the end of his turn Action: Cast spell Ray of Frost, Attack: 16 (or 18w/ advantage), Damage: 14 (cold) = 6 + 8 (Arcane Firearm). (All rolls in game log this turn) On a hit, the lizardman's speed (though not his mount's) is also reduced by 10 ft until the start of Zephyr's next turn (no saving throw). No Concentration: Sanctuary on YugJug, round 2 of 10 Until the spell ends, any creature who targets the warded creature with an attack or a harmful spell must first make a WIS 16 DC saving throw. On a failed save, the creature must choose a new taregt or lose the attack or spell.

AC 18, HP 30 (12 THP) Immune to poison and psychic damage
Fenric stood still as a tree, bow aimed at the lizard, ready to strike. He focused on the wind passing around him and the feel of the grass against his feet. It helped to calm him and prepare his mind for the fight. Once he heard Lyra begin to speak the spell, he let his arrow fly towards the flutist.
