It turns out that both dragon heads were correct, but the one favoring the morningstar grins evilly in the knowledge that his swing did the most damage. (Doozey takes 41 piercing and slashing damage.)
Raist steps out to T24 ,assessing the situation he pulls out a small ball of granola and suffer. Muttering "caor thine" a small red marble sized balm appears in his fingertips he flings it at the 2 headed giant
fireball (4th level) sculpting around Doozy and Neya

Aleyd follows Utar's command. She opens the door behind her and the closes it after moving inside the kitchen. For a moment, Utar sees the kitchen interior but does not spot Imizael. He can hear Aleyd pacing and opening another door, but he has lost direct line of sight into the kitchen since the captain closed the door behind her.
Outside, Raist steps around the corner and sends a fireball directly into the two-headed creature's chest. Doozey and Neya are magically spared from the explosion, but no one else is, and nothing else is either.
The enemies can see the spell coming from a distance, giving all three of them enough time to duck to partially avoid the fireball. (Green-scaled two-headed giant {S-11,T-12} takes 16 fire damage; Hobgoblin#1 {V-12} takes 16 fire damage, Hobgoblin#3 {T-14} takes 16 fire damage.)
What's more, the explosion carves out the lower southwest corner of the Laughing Goblin. The structure rumbles in place but seem to hold, though the second floor has certainly become compromise to some degree now. Not only that, but the sudden burst of wood and stone sends several commoners back to the ground, either ducking for their lives or just thrown aside by the disruptive blast. It is hard to say at a distance whether some of these civilians will be able to stand back up.
Trying to find some cover, and perhaps running away from the destruction he caused, Raist moves back around the corner {P-24}.
Despite being hit by her, the Guard Drake ignores Villonah and remains focused on the orders given to him some time ago. The creature moves past Villonah and catches up to Raist. The gnome will have a chance to attack the beast, but he will retaliate against the elf.
The drake proves faster than Villonah's swing this time, and his attacks are also shown to be more accurate. Raist find himself able to do little to avoid the drake's sudden arrival and attacks. (Raist takes 18 piercing and bludgeoning damage.)
The civilians in the street continue to scramble to find safety. Many waste time getting up from prone positions, a couple of them begin to crawl instead, clearly wounded in some way.

MAP:
Posted in the OOC Channel.
NOTE: The rectangle with a red symbol represents the Cult's wagon. Markoth is shown in the map in the token marked with a white border but he is not in the initiative order. The flame tokens show the portion of the taverns that was destroyed by the Fireball.
Doozey hears the swooshing sound of an incoming greatsword swing, dodging it just in time. This maneuver takes all of the ranger's defensive focus however, exposing him to all three other attacks. Thankfully, the halfing doesn't need to see the poison on the attacking weapons to shrug most of its effects (Doozey takes 19 piercing and slashing damage and 6 poison damage, already halved.)
(Utar and Doozey are up next. Doozey can roll a CON saving thrown (DC 14) at the end of his turn to end the blinded condition.)
Following his former captain's lead, Utar leaves the inn to focus on clearing the street instead. Stepping out into the streets, the two-headed giant and quickly decides this is the one that needs to be put down first. Pointing his weapon towards it, he calls down Torm's holy fury as the cleric enters the fray.
Move: to U,15, flanking Neya
Action: Casting fire storm at fifth level centred on the giant, so assuming it will just hit the giant. DC18 dex save or the giant takes 23 fire and 17 radiant damage. Half damage if it succeeds on the save.
Bonus: What else, Utar's spectral warhammer swings for the fences again, using the nearest hobgoblin's head as the ball.
Attack: 22 Damage: 10
