(@Ori: As discussed in the OOC chat, Doozey is dismounting at {Q-23} instead.)
Raist's mind curse primes the nearest Cult knight for Utar's necrotic cantrip while the orc moves past the unlucky target. (Cult Knight#3 {V-23} takes 25 necrotic damage.)
Utar's Spiritual Weapon also leaves another mark on its own target. (Cult Knight#2 {P-24} takes 9 force damage.)
Doozey lets Biscuit roam by landing to the beast's side and then continues his attack against the nearby Cult knight. Two more nicks and a few lightning sparks later, and this knight is left all but defeated. He looks like he is breathing his last few breaths, but he remains a threat for now. (Cult Knight#2 {P-24} takes 20 piercing and lightning damage.)
Biscuitleaps and bounds in order to protect Elisande, but his training still has him do so carefully. The mastiff reaches the closest enemy to the girl, standing guard on the other side of the central tree {V-13}.
The Cult knights get a chance to retaliate. Their eyes show fervor. It is clear they are not backing down even if it means that they will face death. The highly injured one attacks Doozey while his nearby comrade goes on a slashing frenzy (Action Surge). With Biscuit now far away, this enemy duo concentrates all their attacks on the transformed halfling.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Doozey weaves and bobs out of the way of two strikes, letting a combination of his armor and toughened hide nullify two others. Nonetheless, two attacks still draw some blood. (Doozey takes 11 slashing damage.)
The third Cult knight opens his mount and releases a toned-down version of a dragon's lightning breath. Neya, Raist, and Villonah are on the path of the lightning strike!
-> Damage roll for the Lightning Breath:18
-> Villonah's DEX saving throw {DC 13}: 10
-> Neya and Raist need to roll DEX saving throws {DC 13}. On a success, they take half-damage.
(OOC: Please disregard the part about the lightning breath in the post above. That third Cult knight is still stunned.)
The third Cult knight is still recovering from feeling dazed and is unable to help his comrades for now. This does not mean, however, that help is not on its way. The silhouette Doozey had spotted earlier within a wagon stirs and moves out of the vehicle. It flies toward the barricade and then over it, flying closer to the group but only as far as it deems necessary. A muscled, bearded, red-skinned, winged devil speaks with a smooth but deep voice: "Attackers, leave this square. Abandon the gate. Return to your hiding roles. The Cult of the Dragon claims the city on behalf of the great dragon Claugiyliamatar! This is your last warning!"
Neya lays into the the Cult Knight until it can no longer move. If she finishes it off, she goes to backup Doozey (moving to S-23 and attacking the guy at R=23.

I do appreciate the detailed separate rolls, though. Thanks! And let me know if I missed something and the advantage rolls should indeed apply.)
Neya lays it on her sparring partner, who has just finally recovered from the earlier stunning strike. Her first chop slides across the enemy's armor, just for it to still catch the side of his unprotected face (Bountiful Luck). Once her third strike lands, the knight returns to his incapacitated state. (Cult Knight#3 {V-23} takes 30 bludgeoning damage and is DEFEATED.)
Already on the move, Neya arrives near Doozey's location and lands one last strike (Flurry of Blows) at the until-now undamaged third Cult Knight (Cult Knight#1 {R-23} takes 10 bludgeoning damage.)
The former Black Fist near the tree turns to see Biscuit right in front of him, so he tries to defend himself:
Raist moves behind a corner and attacks the mind of Neya's next target. The enemy knight winces in pain in response. (Cult Knight#1 {R-23} takes 10 psychic damage.)
Villonah looks at Doozey and the Biscuit, unsure of which companion to assist next. Ultimately deciding that Biscuit is the more fragile of the two, she moves closer to the mastiff {X-17} and releases another crossbow bolt.
-> Light Crossbow vs. Tear of Virulence#1 {W-13}: Attack: 20 Damage: 11
Two bolts released, two enemies struck. Villonah's confidence is building. (Tear of Virulence#1 {W-13} takes 11 piercing damage.)
As part of her attack, Villonah stows away her crossbow afterwards.
Just a few feet away, Elisande begins to shush the decapitated goat head hanging from her rope-belt (despite there being no sound). She then proceeds to slowly cut open the throat of the dead Tear of Virulence at her feet even further. Blood continues to pour out such that the girls arms and legs are awash in crimson. She seems otherwise unbothered by the fight happening all around her.

END OF INITIATIVE ROUND 2
(Utar and Doozey are next. Doozey needs to roll two concentration checks for being hit earlier. He also needs to roll for Bloodlust.)
Utar steps around Neya and brings Bonecounter smashing into the Cult Knight. His spectral warhammer continues its assault.
Move: to R,22.
Action: Melee attack against Cult Knight at R,23: 17 Damage: 12 plus 5 radiant damage on a successful hit from Divine Strikes.
Bonus: Bonus spiritual weapon attack against Cult Knight at P,24: 23 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
