"Mn, fair enough Neya. In that case, let's do what we can for'em."Doozey looks pointedly at Raist and Utar. "So, no burning anything down, aight? 'sides the fire potentially attracting attention, we don't wanna accidently torch an escape route for folk now." The halfling holds his gaze on Raist and Utar a moment longer, then motioned for Biscuit to draw closer so the halfling could mount up on his back. "Remember. We hit'em hard, we hit'em fast, and if they try to take hostages....Let's not give'm a chance, aight. 'cause if we surrender or give'm too much leeway, it won't just be our lives on the hook for it." With that, Doozey lets out a huff, shakes his head, and made himself ready to charge into the fray.

Neya moves up to the docks (to L-9), at which point, her a part of her shadow moves to her hand and splits into three shadowy darts. She throws them up in the air and they inerrantly strike three of the Black Fist, one each, to get their attention and hopefully away from the sailors.
Missile 1 at K-20: 5 (2)
Missile 2 at L-20: 3 (4)
Missile 3 at M-23: 5 (4)
Once she makes her move she makes some movement away from the dock (to I-7).
(@Drache: Neya will have to use her bonus action dash to get to {I-7} by the end of her turn.)
Neya moves to the edge of the dock and gets the battle started. She makes sure to clip most of the green-tinged Black Fists in an effort to goad them. (Green Black Fist#4 {K-20} takes 2 force damage; Green Black Fist#3 {L-20} takes 4 force damage; Green Black Fist#2 {M-23} takes 4 force damage.)
Turning around to see who had the audacity to hit them, the Black Fists immediately spot Neya. Two of them begin to move in her direction while the other two move minimally if at all, staying with their prisoners. It is clear to all of CRAP that the enemies now spot the others as well (no one is actively hiding). That said, each of the armored Black Fists raises a crossbow and shoots a couple of bolts, all aimed at Neya. One of them screams: "For the Tears!"
It looks like four bolts find their mark but, in reality, only one does after the monk reacts with an eldritch Shield. (Neya takes 18 piercing damage.)
Green Black Fists are now at the following positions: {K-14}, {L-14}, {K-20}, and {K-22}.
At this point, a kobold in robes emerges from within the Vigilant and takes stock of the situation. He begins by casting Light at, of all things, an unlit candle he fishes out of one of his robes' pockets. He then throws the "lit" candle over the water gap separating the Vigilant from the south-north street at the edge of the water. It flies far enough the land near some boxes, but not far enough to bathe CRAP in bright light. Nonetheless, CRAPers are now lit by dim light, and any hope that they would be able to hide in place are essentially dashed.
The kobold is not yet done. In the space right in front of Raist, he produces a Spiritual Weapon in the shape of a spear and attacks!
Utar sets off after Neya at a run, not wanting to leave the monk exposed for longer than needed. Brandishing his weapon, he smiles, and gets to smiting.
Move: Sprinting to J,14
Bonus: Adrenaline rush to dash and gain 5 temp hp.
Action: Cast steel wind strike. (I don't think all the Black Fist can be targeted, but I think three out of four is ok. Up casting at 6th level, up casting has no extra effect.)
Utarrushers forward, making sure to take in a deep breath in the process. (Utar gains 5 temp HP.)
The Tormite then increases his speed further, disappearing to the naked eye and striking almost all enemies that he can see as fast as the wind. Given that Utar is right next to his first target, however, the "wind" part of his spell doesn't quite trigger right away. This gives this first Black Fist a chance to parry the first attack with a precise reactive move.
Three more attack follow, two of which are successfully stopped by the Black Fists' armor without them feeling the need to reactively parry like their first companion. The attack aimed at the robed kobold lands as intended, crunching the spells caster's scales. (Robed Kobold#1 takes 33 force damage.)
(pausing here until I can get some clarifications from @MB in the OOC Chat.)
Utar then finishes his move close to the tied-up sailors. Just as he stops moving around, a second robed kobold emerges from the Vigilant's entrails, and this one is mounted on some sort of eight-legged reptilian creature with a crystalline spine. The octopede seems to have done all it could to emerge from the depths of the ship as fast as it could.
The mounted kobold seems to be holding a spell in her closed fist. She quickly spots a plausible target caught in the other kobold's Light, and CommandsNeya to grovel.
(@Drache: Please roll a WIS saving throw {DC 12}.)
-> Green Black Fists are in the following locations: {K-14}, {L-14}, {K-20}, and {K-22}. -> Robed Kobold is at {O-16}. -> Mounted Kobold and her mount are at {O-19}.
(Doozey and Raist are up next. Neya has to roll a WIS saving throw.)
Doozey stares wide-eyed at the display of martial and magical unleashed by Utar. But soon after, he's shaking himself from the stupor, and instead calling out a command in Sylvan while gesturing with his blade. Only years of practice keeps the halfling from falling off the back of his compatriot using just his thighs and knees as Biscuit plunges practically into dead sprint, charging down the docks and eventually leaping into a full body tackle into the first Blackfist knight in his way. But even if Biscuit can't quite connect the way he intended, Doozey is yet there to follow-up on his brother's efforts with a flurry of sharp strikes of his weapon; each one designed to overwhelm whatever defenses the fist might put up and ultimately -- ideally take them down.
"D! Support fire on those near Utar! And Neya! Make sure to cover Raist if he needs it!"Doozey further called out, more hopeful than certain in his words carrying the weight needed for any command to be followed. But if nothing else, he intended to paint more a target on his back as a leader of the operation.
Bonus Action(Doozey): Command Biscuit to Charge and Attack Green Blackfist(L-14).
Action(Biscuit): Charging Maul upon Green Blackfist(L-14). (Melee, Lethal, Charge)Beast Strike - Attack #1: 19 Damage: 12 of Force and target is knocked prone.
Action(Doozey): Hunter's Fury upon Green Blackfist(L-14). (Melee, Lethal, Vex)Apostle of the Wilds - Attack #1: 24 Damage: 7 of magical-piercing. (Melee, Lethal, Nick)Scimitar - Attack #2: Attack #1: 22 Damage: 9 of magical-piercing. (Melee, Lethal, Vex)Apostle of the Wilds - Attack #3: 21 Damage: 11 of magical-piercing. <If target falls at any point with attacks still remaining, redirect attacks to Green Black Fist(K-14). Biscuit will also spend his remaining movement to get to L-15 if possible>
