(OOC: I can't see for sure whether 2 of the 3 d8s that @Red rolled for damage landed on the same number because the forum tooltip is broken as it can be. I'll err on the players' side and assume the dice landed on a 1, another 1, and a 4.)
Raist does not give the enemies any respite. He aims his Chromatic Orb at one of the enemies' spellcaster. A ball of chilly energy splashes on the robed kobold, who yelps in pain. Despite the hit, it seems he manages to keep concentration on his Spiritual Weapon. (Robed Kobold#1 {O-16} takes 10 cold damage.)
The Chromatic Orb then jumps over to the next kobold, landing an even colder blow than the first. (Robed Kobold#2 {O-19} takes 14 cold damage.)
At this moment, Dornal and a few of his men pop their heads and crossbows from behind the crates on the Gilded Trophy and shoot! Their barrage can, for now, only safely encompass one of the enemies near Utar.
(OOC: Their barrage count as an AOE attack, so the aiming might not be optimal given how close CRAPers and civilians are to the enemies.)
DM's Screen:
DEX saving throws {DC 12}: 13 (18)

Dornal's team seems a bit rusty in this first barrage. Their aim suffers and their sole target manages to avoid most of the damage because of it. (Green Black Fist#2 {K-20} takes 14 piercing damage.)

Posted in the OOC Channel.
NOTE: Doozey is riding Biscuit, and one of the Robed Kobolds is riding the reptilian creature, so each duo occupies the same space in the map. Yellow circles represent the areas of Bright Light and Dim Light from the kobold's candle. The blue down-arrow token represents the kobold's Spiritual Spear.
(Neya is up next. She has to spend her turn falling prone and nothing else. I'll ask @Drache to add some nice flavor to this otherwise moot turn.)
Neya hears the shout of the mounted kobold. She thinks nothing of it at first and prepares to take out her bow to try and aim for it. But, something strange happens. She starts feeling a huge weight from somewhere.
A persistent pressure pushing her down. First to her knees.
Then to her stomach.
Finally, she sees the triumphant look on the perpretator and puts together what happened.
"Smile while you can..." She says as some shadows begin to crawl up around her, seemingly ready for something. (That casting will be a reaction)
Concomitantly, one of the green-splashed Black Fits rises from the dock floor to meet Doozey in combat (no longer prone). He is joined by one other companion. Two other Black Fists "protect" their prisoners from Utar's arrival. All of them switch weapons to adapt to close-quarter combat:

Doozey is slashed up just as efficiently as he had slashed one of the enemies a moment ago; the halfling's armor only effectively blocks one of four attempts on his torso. (Doozey takes 35 slashing damage.)
Utar's armor fares better, but he still feels his own blood seep into his under-armor padding. (Utar takes 12 slashing damage.)
The robed kobold on the ship walks closer to the edge facing Raist and commands his Spiritual Weapon to attack. A few paces back, his mounted companion summons her own Spectral Spear next to Neya and tries to pierce the monk in her precarious position.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Once again, the kobold's Spiritual Weapon proves to be slower than Raist, and the elf avoids it easily. Having surrendered part of her mobility for now, Neya is not as lucky. (Neya takes 5 force damage.)
The two robed kobolds are not done yet. They both follows up with a casting of Sacred Flame. One is aimed at Utar and the other at Raist.
-> Damage rolls for two separate castings of Sacred Flame: 55
(Utar is up next. He should start his turn by rolling a DEX saving throw {DC 14}. Raist also needs to roll the same DEX save, but that's it for now; he doesn't get a full turn quite yet.)
Both Utar and Raist shrug away the attempted spells.
Utar then takes an opportunity to re-engage in the fight against the nearby Black Fists. Despite his confidence, only one of the cleric's attacks finds its mark. (Green Black Fist#2 {K-20} takes 17 bludgeoning and radiant damage.)
Up on the Vigilant, the lizard-like creature dashes out of the ship and joins the Black Fist vanguard {J-14}. The mounted kobold goes along for the ride. From its new spot, the creature stares at Doozey menacingly. Some dark bestial magic lies within that gaze.
-> Doozey and Biscuit need to each roll a CON saving throw {DC 12} before their turn starts.
(Doozey and Raist are up next. If Doozey and Biscuit fail the CON saving throw mentioned above, then they start their turn with the restrained condition.)
Doozey grimaced and growled as blades found purchase, but his resolve overall remained unshaken. Yet scarcely had he begun to ready himself to mount the counter offensive did the glare of the lizard-like reinforcement seem to cause his limbs to stiffen and body start to lock up! Though the name of the beast escaped him in the moment, for too long has he fought against monsters to mistake phenomenon purely as fear response. In feeling a similar response in Biscuit before the mastiff seemed to shake off the effect, a truth became clear to the halfling.
"Take out that kobold's mount, but avoid it's gaze if you can! D! Change of plans! Have your men focus fire on it and the vanguard as well, or we're all dead!"Doozey forced his body to call out before his throat muscles too became too difficult to properly work. His next words in Sylvan are sharply spoken for but Biscuit alone, though his mount hardly needed the encouragement to try and gore kobold's mount. The halfling's blades are than worked into motion to try and capitalize on any gap in defenses. But with every thrust and move to slash out the eyes of the lizard-like mount Doozey could feel himself sweating hard from trying to force his body to even act to begin with.
Bonus Action(Doozey): Command Biscuit to Charge and Attack Kobold Mount(J-14).
Action(Biscuit): Rip & Tear into Kobold Mount(J-14). (Melee, Lethal)Beast Strike - Attack #1: 13 Damage: 9 of Force.
Action(Doozey): Hunter's Lament upon Kobold Mount(J-14). (Melee, Lethal, Vex)Apostle of the Wilds - Attack #1: 13 Damage: 12 of magical-piercing. (Melee, Lethal, Nick)Scimitar - Attack #2: Attack #1: 28 Damage: 6 of magical-piercing. (if above missed, here's disadvantage roll: 25.) (Melee, Lethal, Vex)Apostle of the Wilds - Attack #3: 16 Damage: 7 of magical-piercing. <If target falls at any point with attacks still remaining, redirect attacks to Green Black Fist(L-14).>
End Turn: Doozey's Con Save(DC 12): 8.

The lizard's magical gaze hits Doozey like a wagon, but Biscuit is able to shake it off. (Doozey is now restrained.)
Biscuit obeys what may end up being his final orders in attacking the offending reptilian, but the mastiff's attention is also occupied by keeping his own wits. The attack misses.
The halfling forces his muscles to move, fighting through their rapip petrification. It takes a moment to get going, causing Doozey to miss the initial attack. The second and third attempts are successful. (Octopede Reptilian {J-14} takes 13 piercing damage.)
After the attacks, Doozey sees his skin become as gray and rigid as stone, just to then hear, far in the distance, Neya's voice yelling "No!" The single word wakes the ranger from his acceptance of the dreadful situation, pushing him forward figuratively and breaking the magical effect the lizard placed on him. (Doozey is no longer restrained.)
It is hard to say whether Raist noticed any part of that particular event. The elf is locked in battle against the kobold spellcaster on the ship. Raist sidesteps the floating spear in front of him and launches an Ice Knife at his foe. The projectile hits and then explodes. (Robed Kobold#1 {O-15} takes 8 cold damage.)
