"I'm afraid I won't be of much help in creating a distraction, but I could perhaps change my appearance into a person they would recognize, perhaps someone with authority... Although my clothes wouldn't change." Daejor says, trying to brainstorm on the spot but not being very successful.
"conclusion: None of us seems to have more than 50 percent chances of success in creating a pausible distraction. Therefore those with more chances of success should work together to accomplish that."
Weasel looks at her staff and sighs, "I...I can probably draw their attention." She whispers to her staff before tossing it onto the ground. The staff starts to writhe and and grow, the top of the staff starting to grow scales. It keeps on growing as it changes into a live creature, a giant constrictor snake is before Weasel. She shivers a bit as raises her hand. The snake stares back at her and licks her hand with its forked tongue. She draws back her hand and her body shakes. "O-okay, I think this'll distract them."
Kerthak notices that there is one of the timepieces hanging higher up the city towers from where they are, beside a couple of trees. Looking at its time, it seems like there is 15 minutes before the train is set to arrive here. (10:15 pm, expected train at 10:30).
Weasel utilises his staff as it transforms into an enormous snake that is under his control. A snake of this size should cause a decent commotion, with the crowd dwindling to about two dozen at this point, plus about a half dozen guards trying to get the crowd to disband.
(More precise numbers would be provided, but the Perception check was pretty poor)
"Okay. So we have some time. Let's lay low until that time arrives." I tell Mr. Greenjeans to tell Ms. Blue that we are at the extraction point. "One or two of us needs to keep watch. I'm going to use Mending on the sky coach so it doesn't have any marks of damage or any shred of evidence that we were near the other sky coach." I quickly work on the task.
The group spends a moment attempting to repair the ship somewhat. It can't all be done by Mending, but most of the visible damage can be tended to, and some of the ash scraped off.
(Virst, just double checking that you are sending your staff-snake off to scare the crowd away.)
Weasel nods her head as she leads the giant snake to the crowd. She starts to run, as if the snake is chasing her. "Giant Snake on the loose! Run! Run away!" She yells out as she tells the snake in her head to keep following her.
If Angiro can make a Investigation (with advantage, thanks to Kerthak) to make sure he gets all the important areas in the timeframe.
Weasel begins to lead his giant constrictor out towards the general populace. It isn't long before they take note and there are screams as the people disband very quickly. The guards, on the other hand, hold their glaives out in a defensive posture at the site, ready to attack the snake as it gets closer to them.
Eleven is visibly happy he's back on the ground. "So, do we want some kind of distraction?"

Some of the crowd is moving away naturally, while the guards are attempting to get the others to move along.
"Maybe we ought to just let it play out? How much time do we have before we need to have this area secured?" Caspian Inquires
Make a Perception check.
