Neona considers for a while.

"If we go after the witch and she's always close to the black hooded lord then why don't we just cut the head off of the beast?"

She signals to Luna drawing a line in the air in front of the hound's throat. Luna plays dead. 

"See, Luna get's it!"

Looks like we have one vote for going after Godfrey, two votes for Witch Cassia, and one vote for going after Blackwood himself?

Does that sound right?

Any other thoughts?

I’m also open to zooming out and letting us do some larger-scope rolls to gather information or research. You guys could spend some days in city gathering more pieces yourselves. A caution, you’d have to keep a low profile while you did it.

(thats only four votes. that does seem to be the only proposed plans, unless searching the vault was another option we were voting on or not.)

(OOC: I would vote to take down the Witch first, but Khinsrra will go along with the party he is trying to learn about the weird floclore of these strange people ;) ) 

Therion looks at the others, "Well if we are going after the witch, we will need supplies. Is there a place we can stock up?" (Therion wants the job done, doesn't care how, just thinks gathering info from Godfrey and trying to weasel him out before out right attacking any person is a good idea.)

"The morre useful tools that you will find will be yourr hands, yourr mind and yourr hearrt. If they work at unison you no need otherr tools..." says the tabaxi somehow criptyc to Therion. He doesn't add anything more, as if it explains for itself.

Okay, it sounds like going after the Witch is the plan.

The next part is how. You know Cassia is with Lord Blackwood constantly. You also have a few locations to go on as well. You could head for the Manor, the Town Hall outpost, and the quarry with the mines. Those are just a few options.

As far as supplies go, there are various shops and vendors in the town. You can find pretty much anything mundane. There's also an old Alchemist's shop. Granted, the most useful gear is going to be routed through Godfrey for use at the vault.

Neona shrugs 

"Whatever we decide, none of us can go it alone. Luna and I will help bring peace to the black wood, regardless of the path we choose."

Lazarus: (to the party) "I agree, it is better to work together."

Tristan

"I guess we've got the beginnings of a plan then."  To Serva, "Do you have any friends in the manor that could get us more information?"  to the rest of the party, "Most of us have been seen and marked as troublemakers now,  Is anyone good with disguises?"

Seva, nods. “Not friends. But people I can see if I can get in contact with. They might be able to help us. It might be a few days, though.”

" I am good at not beign seen " sais Khisnrra to Tristan 

"Well... You might be good, but what about the rest of us? I have no idea how to make a good disguise, and I'm nothing special at hiding from sight. Still, if I can make myself useful, this ring might help." She pulls her Signet Ring, and shows it to the party, it has an emblem put into it that looks like three dragon heads, one looking up, with its neck sticking, and the others looking each to a different side. "It's a proof that I was born from a noble family, and since no one in this town knows me yet, presenting myself as a noble, with a disguise, of course, would not only hide me from the guards' sight, while also keeping us at an advantage, as it'll be more easy to get some political power, and-... That's still four people left to hide..." She was getting excited with her explanation and the plan she was exposing, but the excitment slows down as she realizes the problem her solution doesn't cover.

Neona rubs Luna's belly and looks pensive.

"Perhaps it would be best if we do lay low for a while. Until Seva's informants can give us more to go on? I, for one, am eager to oust the tyrant, but they say that knowing when to strike is as important as knowing where, and it seems as though we could use help identifying both."

"Well... Where are we going to stay for the days while we wait? Here?" She looks around the house while pointing out its current state, and showing discomfort on her face. She looks back to Seva and immediately stops what she was doing, while also trying to hide her face. "I'm sorry... I just... I don't mean to offend your house, I'm just used to... You know, something different from this..."

"Well of course we can go assuming that our dear friend Seva can go putting us up, but perhaps she knows of someone who can. Besides which this place is fine enough, four walls and good company. Although admittedly it would be nice if we could freshen the odor, and maybe clean the floors..."

Lazarus: (to the party) "If we are able to get in and out of the city, we could just camp out in the woods."

The tabaxi agrees

"Then finding a securre arrea to enter and exit the town is paramount. I suggest that we go out and trry to find such place."
