Tangle stands up suddenly, and still scowling marches along next to Wolf Pup. “Is this the baby-eater?” she asks, loosening her short sword in its scabbard.

ey/em/eirs, or they/them works, too (just not he). Role-playing since that keep on those borderlands. I love it so.
The tawny elf’s eyes narrow as the blue woman approaches (still running?). “I am not from here. Does your fiend fight with honor, or do we strike first and fast?” She is starting to radiate danger, eyes taking in the woman’s movement, the cover near at hand, the gnome following the woman (perhaps the tall woman carrying a barrel of wine? Is Barbara here yet?)...
OOC: Possibly. She could of chosen to just hide in her room the whole time while you all were on the ship, but you would've seen her on the docks when you all stepped off the ship.
Percy did hear the guards mention something about smugglers when they were checking you over .
Barbara will have reached the town gate around the time Jinn and Fenchurch make it to the carnival, we'll say if will only take her a few minutes to make it to the tents from there. So yeah you probably see the tall, black haired woman in the distance carrying a large crate.
Fenchurch watched the woman with the flying hair as she brushed him aside and ran off. This rude, selfish woman had no right to seek out Mollymauk on her own, particularly since Fenchurch was increasingly convinced that she had actually caused Molly's distress, if possibly unintentionally. He made his own way, swiftly, to Molly's tent in the carnival. If this woman wanted to get something Fenchurch's best friend, she would do so with Fenchurch there, whether she wanted or no.
Barbara was more comfortable outside the city walls. The tents set about all about reminded her of her own humble lodging; setting up and breaking down a tent for a short stay was routine. Unfamiliar was all the merriment. Where these people were accustomed to and enjoyed each other's company, Barb was more used to solitude and tranquility. Sure, she rejoiced after a bountiful hunt or stumbling across a rare and tasty mushroom in the forest, but these were luxuries of survival. Civilized folk had time for leisure.
After a look around, she sees tents resembling Olivia's description. She headed toward the tent with her cargo. walking over she noticed the Gnome from earlier entering one of the tents.
Upon entering the large tent where most of the actors sleep; looking around you see the Ortha twins; Umbra, the dwarven singer; plus a few of the acrobats all sitting at a makeshift table and engaged in some kind of card game. You see his cot set up in the corner, and his trunk that you knows holds his costumes and knick knacks that he collects from cities you all visit.
Others:
Boulder seeing the blue skinned woman come closer, tosses his bowl over his shoulder and stands up.
"If more of you all are showing up, I'm gettin Marr'veil." He lumbers over to the big red tent and disappears inside.
When Jinn gets within 30 ft, if nobody has said anything to bring her down from high alert, Tangle is going to act. Until then, she continues to approach alongside Wolf Pup.

Tangle nods in response. As Jinn approaches Wolf Pup, the slim fae appears to shimmer, then takes a step... appearing behind Jinn (once per short rest Fey Step) and stands at the ready, hand on her (still sheathed) sword’s pommel.
At other times, Fenchurch would enjoy playing cards with his fellow performers. Frankly, he was happy to play cards honestly, as opposed to the weeks before he joined the carnival where he'd been forced to use his magical abilities to manipulate players and cards in order to secure food and lodging. Today, however, All Fenchurch could think about was Mollymauk, and what he had seen at the Mermaid's Tears. He sat on his friend's bed and waited. Whatever Molly was going through, he wouldn't have to go through it alone...and the woman with the flying hair wouldn't be able to accost him without a friend nearby.
OOC > Yeah, it would be Tangle trying to resist being picked up. So she'd make the save trying to beat Jinn's DC, which is 13. Your roll was a 9+3, whereTangle's actual Con save has no bonus. I'm happy to take the roll as rolled (since it was still random), so 9 certainly does not beat the DC 13. So yeah, Tangle floats overhead.
It takes her a moment to recognize what is happening, but then Tangle stops struggling and growls, and when deposited, crouches low, hands on her dagger pommels. But she waits to see what transpires.

She had seen some wild things in the forest but this talking rock humanoid was new to her.
"Marr'veil? is that who's in charge? I need to talk to him...or uh her...."

Perception:
Jinn watched as the gnome ran past her, her lips pursed ignoring him and turning her gaze to the people staring at her in the group.
She ran towards them only to pause when she saw a fey creature disappear, She paused in her step, knowing better than to move, her eyes squinting.
This is why she did not want to be around people, she didn't want them to get hurt or attempt to hurt her.
"Great."
she muttered under her breath and noting that another was approaching her.
"Look, I do not like it when people sneak behind me. I'm sure you wouldn't either"
(once per long rest -mingle with wind-)
con: 20
She flicks her wrist gently watching the fey float over her head and places her nearby the others.
"I do no come in harm, I only want to speak to Mollymauk about a reading he preformed on me."
She watched as the other made their moves.
OOC: I believe that Tangle actually needs to make the Con Save
Wolf Pup will put a hand on his hilt and ask in Giant, “Do you know me? Are you the Oni that I seek? The one that stole me away as a child.”
