OOC: Sorry I'm been a little late posting you guys. Holidays and work have got me running around.
Okay moving this along the party hurries after tangle through the sewers, abandoning their stealth. As they come upon the area that Tangle remembers the odd tunnel entrance to be in there is another group of six goblins to meet them. There is no surprise round as both groups have dropped stealth. Using the same initiative as before.
Initiative Order:
Perry,Barbara, Goblins, Wolf Pup, Tangle, Fenchurch
Zephyr dashes forward with her glowing pebble and drops it the middle of the new group of enemies. She continues right on past them and down the tunnel with a screech.. "Not this time" Perry says. He runs forward with arms out to either side, shield and holy symbol held far apart. He shouts, his voice sounding like a gale, "Shatter them with your destructive wrath!" On the last word, he claps his gloved hand on his shield and a deafening explosion ensues in the middle of the little monsters. Damage: 24, 12 on a successful DC 13 Con save.
The ringing had just left her ears when they stumble across the next group of goblins. Stopping short of the critters (30 ft)to shake her head and watching Perry rush past, Barbara looses a javelin at one of the goblins.
All but one of the goblins are killed by Percy's spell.
The final goblin stands defiant against the spell attack. Dressed differently from the other goblins that wear cloaks and simple leather armor, this one wears tattered robes and a bright red cap on its head. As Barbara's javelin hurdles toward it the creature brings up a hand and with a flick of its wrist a magical shield springs to life and sends the javelin back across the tunnel. It looks around at its fallen comrades before looking at the group. It then chitters and barks out something toward you all before it taps its staff on the ground and disappears in a haze of mist.
Those at the back of the group hear the wet slapping of feet against the ground and turning they can barely see it's form disappearing into the darkness behind you.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Fenchurch is worried about destroying more of Marr'Vell's materials, and leaves the searching to the experts. However, he is concerned about the nature of the magic, and tries to remember if he knew the sort of spell that the goblin used, and where it could have gone when the spell was used.
Fenchurch: The spell is very familiar, having seen tangle preform something similar, it is the spell misty step.
Tangle: The goblins don't have much else on them other then their weapons, scimitars and bows. They are still as disgusting as before with torn up skin and black veins. You find a small pouch on one of them that has two round objects in it. One of the spheres is a smaller grey one and the other is a large red one with a fuse coming out of it.
She waited at the corners for y’all. Impulsive, forthright, but not stoopid. :)
ey/em/eirs, or they/them works, too (just not he).
Role-playing since that keep on those borderlands. I love it so.
Fenchurch runs up after everyone else, but is behind because of his tiny legs.

Are the rest of you attempting to stealth or just rushing after her?

Combat is over. (Surprisingly fast.)
Barbara is grateful that the encounter is over. "what do we have here? any more explosives? It might be safe to say that this is over our heads."
Barb is not too willing to search for the explosives after their last encounter.

So is Tangle.
The elf throws a wistful glance after the retreating goblin, and then moves to examine what the goblins were doing.
