An uncharacteristic gasp escapes Glendale, and her face turns ashen. Fuming, her hands begin to glow, and she steps forward and throws her hands out wide.
"Ser Glendale, I--" Sal is cut off mid-sentence, stunned by Glendale's magic. A small crowd of orcs has gathered nearby with Juds, who hides behind an orc's leg. Glendale's voice booms, mingled with shades of a god's divine aspect.
"What secrets are you hiding? Who do you serve?!" Glendale demands. Sal's eyes begin to glow with the same golden light suffusing the area. Glendale's hands cup her chin and she screams and shudders, compelled to speak.
"I poisoned the wine given to Azetbu! I exchanged the bag of holding with my own and left Roccar's greataxe behind! They were not my own, the poison and the bag were given to me!" Sal shouts.
In a dreadful voice, now fully enhanced by Torm, Glendale shouts, "Who gave them to you? The names!"
Clearly in pain, Sal shouts, "Rowan, the Watchblade! Gorcrom, the orc general!"
Glendale's spell abruptly ends as the implications settle. She scowls at Sal and reaches out, tearing Trelanna's badge from her armor. Her fist pummels the Shieldsar across the face, backhanding her onto her backside, where she remains, physically spent. Glendale breathes in sharply as if about to scream, then composes herself and walks toward the orcs and Juds. "You heard her, goblin. She shall face my justice." Juds dusts himself off, showing a surprising presence for a goblin. "I sees we's both have our own caves to clear out," he responds.
Fumbles stands wide-eyed, and Roccar is clearly agitated. "Glendale...Rowan has betrayed us. He is riding with Shang as we speak. What is that fool conspiring? No! If he kills Shang, then Dazzar will stay with the orcs!" Roccar shouts.
"There is more at stake than the child, Roccar. Juds, where is Gorcrom?" Glendale replies. Juds scratches his head. "I have not seen Gorcrom since the duel. He...oh noes," he says.
"Mounts, Juds. Now," Glendale says, "We will put an end to this treachery."

"Grab the bag but careful about arming yourselves before we reach them. We stand the chance of keeping a certain degree of surprise on our side. If we do overtake them, we don't want Rowan to move on her before we're in position. I fear Gorcrom may be laying a larger trap to boot. Ride with the wind all."
As soon as Juds gets us horses, I scramble up one, make sure it is ready for a hard ride, then turn flanks to ride with Glendale.

"You have proven your innocence. Takes your weapons, and go," Juds says. Sal holds her head in her hands silently as Glendale hands her over to the orcs, who will hold her until she can face Glendale's justice.

The orcs quickly bring horses for those without mounts, and a pony for Murmen. You ride for the remainder of the day, ignoring comfort and stealth in a desperate attempt to save the Devilsfall Pact. As the sun crests the horizon, and it seems you may be too far behind, motion in the trees of the forest ahead of you reveals Rowan and Shang's rearguard, a contingent of close to a dozen orcs. Following them into the woods, you hear Gorcrom's laughter reverberate through the leaves. "You think Many Arrows is a true orc empire? Their leaders are cowards, hiding behind politics and a truce!"
Murmen will stay towards the back, knowing that the orcs would be able to hear him coming from a mile away. If anyone decides to stealth scout forward, he'll send them on with Moradin's blessing (guidance).

Meepo does Aradurk's suggestion as he leaves his camel to his comrades and head towards the commotion silently with the assistance from Murmen's spell.
I remain watchful - surveying the direction Meepo went, then sweeping 180 degrees from that direction. I quietly sheathe my melee weapons and nock an arrow to my bowstring.
